Beautiful beings.

Welcome to the Turn Yourself In podcast,

A self-mastery preschool for adults program providing bite-sized secrets,

Reflections,

And exercises to know,

Love,

And heal thyself,

And to be happy,

Healthy,

Helpful,

And holy.

Together,

We will zoom into your deepest,

Most expansive,

And highest self to gain self-mastery.

This is Reverend Catherine Ganav Soto.

Thank you for being and for being here with me today.

In the previous episode,

I discussed the last two foundational tools practicing CPR and other tools to function optimally.

In the sixth episode,

I will begin our deep dive into the first dimension called know thyself,

Covering the first consideration find peace within.

From this point forward,

Each episode will cover one consideration within the dimension.

As always,

First,

Prepare your environment.

Turn on your receiving mechanism and prepare the tools you use to learn.

Turn on your favorite healing sounds,

Receive your favorite essential oils,

And prepare to absorb what you wish.

Receive a few nourishing deep breaths and then state aloud,

I choose to receive profound and transformational epiphanies,

Insights,

And peacefulness with ease and grace.

Let's dive into the know thyself dimension.

It embodies the following values.

It is in the vibration of gratitude,

With the knowledge to gain higher understanding,

With the result to be happy,

And in alignment with the earth element.

Most of us wish to be happy and for our families,

Communities,

And the world to know happiness.

And so we search and search for this happiness,

Often from something or someone external to our being,

But to reside in and to embody true happiness,

You must know thyself or get to know thyself.

The self that you disconnected from through years of intense experiences,

Both joyful and painful,

And the self that you never knew,

But that is the truth of who you are,

The self that is love.

To know thyself,

Get curious and ask yourself all the crucial questions about life,

About you,

About your path,

And those rich experiences throughout your life.

Question everything with the innocence of a child.

Keep asking why and be gentle as you move through this process.

Align with the playfulness and mystery as you would in preschool and align with joy,

Wonder,

And gratitude.

Connect with this earthly body in which you reside.

Ground yourself into your being and allow this physical aspect of yourself to live in gratitude for all that you are.

Reside in appreciation for all that this earth and this body are offering you.

Ground your understanding into your present time being.

Ground and infuse your gentleness into your being.

This gentleness is compassion,

Kindness,

And understanding with your process and growth.

What an extraordinary step you are taking to know thyself.

What a beautiful experiencing you are choosing.

You are choosing this.

Give yourself credit with love for the steps you are taking.

Nourish yourself with gentle loving care as you explore yourself.

Start with gratitude.

Gratitude for self and appreciation for others.

For what are you grateful?

Begin with something small,

Just one thing,

One person,

Or one experience,

And allow it to radiate through your being to then expand out into the world.

Allow this gratitude to grow organically over time.

As it grows,

You will come to understand a bit more each day what it is to know thyself and to reside in happiness with gratitude on this beautiful earth.

Work with the eight considerations detailed in the following podcasts to contemplate practice and affirm this dimension of the Self Mastery Preschool for Adults program.

The eight considerations include the following.

One,

Find peace within.

Two,

Observe,

Witness,

And contemplate.

Three,

Choose each moment.

Four,

Take responsibility.

Five,

Train the mind and body.

Six,

See love in God in all things.

Seven,

Engage with what you love.

And five,

Engage with what you love.

And eight,

Have no expectations.

Let's start with find peace within.

Allow peace to swim through your cells,

Infusing your moments with love.

Peace and happiness are not external objects to consume.

They aren't outside the Self.

They are threads in the being you are,

In the cosmic grid to which you are connected.

And just like love,

They are frequencies with which you can align,

To which you can attune.

They are felt and experienced.

They are always present,

Always available,

Always abundant,

And aren't separate from the Self.

If you quiet your energy,

Listen,

And allow yourself to receive you will perceive the opening that will lead you to the frequency of peace.

You have done it before and you will do it again.

When you are open,

The light shines through.

So go within now,

To the place within you where you can be honest,

Still,

And present with yourself and this moment.

You may believe you don't know where this place is,

But you do in the deepest recesses of your being.

Place your hands upon your heart or in your lap.

Imagine your body and your mind's eye,

Perfect,

Peaceful,

Serene,

Just being.

Can you smile sweetly and with gentleness?

Understand that everything is in divine order as you sit here,

Still,

In this space.

The space is where you are meant to be because it is where you are.

Breathe with this moment,

Within and between the spaces,

And around the comings and goings of the thoughts.

Use your breath to observe the thing that has you triggered,

Whatever you are working on,

And surround it with a warm embrace of compassionate understanding,

Allowing it to be.

Let go into the now.

Relax your entire being,

Your face,

Eyes,

Jaw,

Tongue,

Shoulders,

And arms.

Be present to experience everything,

Everything that is going on within and around you.

Can you allow it without tensing up,

Without trying?

Once you are present to experience everything,

Be present with and within your mind.

Be present with and within each moment you choose to experience.

Connect with the signature of this place you are in.

Pinpoint the energetic address and visit here often.

This address is your peaceful place,

Your wisdom space.

You can reside in this space as you continue to receive.

Contemplate the following.

You've achieved a certain level of mastery and knowledge based on your experiences in life through trial and error and absorbed wisdom.

You are connected to your ancestors and to the cosmic grid of energy that connects us all.

You can access the answers you seek and the peace that you desire.

It is all within you,

A part of you.

Starting with this moment,

Go within to access peace and allow it to swim through your cells.

Infuse your moments with understanding and compassion,

Providing yourself a place to reside regardless of chaos or joy.

You aren't hiding.

You aren't putting yourself on a stage.

You are simply going within to live with your being from a place of compassion and understanding.

Continue to learn through life experiences and other beings,

But know that you and only you can know peace for your life experience from a place within.

When you make that connection,

Build that relationship with yourself and embody the frequency of peace.

You impart its frequency into the field of consciousness for others to choose to connect with in their vibration.

These connections and pathways are like the web,

The flower of life receiving and emitting this pure peace energy pure peace energy as the breath of existence.

Peace resides within all things just as love does.

It is a matter of activating its frequency and aligning with it in your moments.

You achieve this activation and alignment with peace by turning yourself in to your highest self.

Here are some practices to take into your day today.

Practice number one,

Sit in meditation and contemplate what peace means for you.

Build a relationship with peace and its frequency with a consistency that resonates with you.

This sitting time can be five minutes daily,

30 minutes every other day,

Or another interval that feels nourishing.

Align with the frequency that resonates with you and allow it to permeate your entire being,

Flowing from a tiny seed deep within out to the edges of your outermost energetic aura layer.

And allow it to flow like a wave and extend beyond the aura into the cosmic grid,

The field of consciousness that connects us all.

Practice number two,

Once you accept your relationship with peace,

Utilize its frequency to help you move with whatever challenges arise.

Infuse each challenge with the frequency of peace and witness what happens.

How do you view this challenge?

How can you reside with peace in response to it?

Can you sense the frequency of peace within the challenge?

What is it teaching you?

Be with this contemplation until peace and understanding are the only frequencies when viewing the challenge.

Healing and learning take however long healing and learning take,

So allow it to be.

Here are some affirmations that might be helpful.

You can speak the following aloud or choose to create your own.

Repeat daily for as long as desired.

Number one,

I embody the peace that resides within me.

I embody the peace that resides in me.

I embody the peace that resides within me.

I embody the peace that resides within me.

Number two,

I allow peace to swim through my energy fields,

Infusing my moments with understanding and compassion.

I allow peace to swim through my energy fields,

Number three,

I extend the peace and frequencies I embody within to the cosmic grid of existence.

And number four,

I am the peace within the flower of my life.
