Hello,
Beautiful being.
Welcome to the Turn Yourself In podcast,
A self-mastery preschool for adults program providing bite-sized secrets,
Reflections,
And exercises to know,
Love,
And heal thyself,
And to be happy,
Healthy,
Helpful,
And holy.
Together,
We will zoom into your deepest,
Most expansive,
And highest self to gain self-mastery.
This is Reverend Catherine Gann of Soto.
Thank you for being and for being here with me today.
In the previous episode,
We began our exploration into Dimension 2,
Master Your Environments,
Covering the first consideration called,
Open Your Eyes to the Mystery.
In this 15th episode,
We will explore the second consideration within the Master Your Environments dimension called,
Know That We Are All One.
As always,
First prepare your environment.
Turn on your receiving mechanism and prepare the tools you use to learn.
Turn on your favorite healing sounds,
Receive your favorite essential oils,
And prepare to absorb what you wish.
Receive a deep,
Nourishing breath and state aloud,
I choose to receive,
Profound and transformational,
Epiphanies,
Insights,
And peacefulness,
With ease and grace.
I choose to receive,
Profound and transformational,
Epiphanies,
Insights,
And peacefulness,
With ease and grace.
Know that we are all one.
Take ownership of your contribution to the whole.
We are all one.
I am certain we have all heard that statement before.
What does it mean?
I liken it to the individual physical body.
These bodies in which we reside have all their bits and parts,
Internal and external.
Our bones,
Blood,
Muscles,
Organs,
Tissues,
Veins,
Cells,
And so on.
We understand from studying the body that the bone is separate from the hair and the blood is separate from the toenail,
If we perceive them as single objects in or on the body.
Yet,
They are all part of this one being that is the self.
You are one being,
All your different parts.
In the same way,
The earth and all her children are one being.
The trees are separate from the rocks,
Are separate from the water,
But the earth is one being made of all these parts,
Including us.
We have learned through spirit,
And I believe even science may be confirming it,
That our bodies have an energy field,
Our organs have an energy field that connects to the energy field of all things,
All beings on the earth and beyond.
I view it as though we are all threaded together through energy and our bodies are like cells being and doing work in this giant body of soup of existence of a reality.
We are all one.
We create separation out of fear because we don't understand or have lost understanding with what we are and why we are here.
When we begin to understand that we are all one,
We begin to witness the health of our being through a different lens.
Some do understand that what happens to the bone may impact the hair and what happens to the blood may impact the toenail.
When we understand that we are all one,
We realize that what happens to this person over here may impact this person over there.
We realize that what we do to the ocean or the forest may impact the human and what we do to the human may impact the earth.
We are all connected.
Contemplate the following.
From the tiniest cell within the body to the largest mass in the universe,
We are all contained as one entity.
Your body may be its own structure and so is a cell in that same body,
But that cell in the body is part of you,
The larger entity.
So too is every part of existence.
We are one entity working together,
Sometimes in harmony,
Sometimes with discord.
Gaze out at this world,
At a grove of trees or a group of people or a family of animals.
Perceive the threads that connect us all.
We are the ingredients that make the whole what it is.
We are part of the same soup,
Flavoring this existence with our own uniqueness,
Adding to the greater whole.
Even if one ingredient can be mostly pulled out of the soup,
The flavor remains.
Sense the energy field and channels that connect us all.
Realize that we are influencing and have the potential to impact one another much more than we have chosen to understand.
Where are you in that soup?
What flavors are you adding?
What influence or impact do you wish to have?
You have control over what flavors you want to add,
Adjusting them as necessary as you evolve.
Take ownership of your contribution to the whole and perceive our oneness as an advantage,
Realizing the power you have within to modify the recipe of our existence.
It is a tremendous force and responsibility to yield adding to this existence.
We do so every day.
Let us begin to do so with more intention and more awareness.
Here are some practices you can take into your day today.
Practice number one.
Take a sincere glimpse of yourself and where you reside as part of the oneness.
What are you adding to the whole?
What flavors,
Contributions and impacts are you sharing?
Ask yourself what you judge in others and in yourself.
When you judge one,
You judge all.
Get clear with what you are willing to accept and decide what changes you would like to make.
For now,
Just take note.
Just have an awareness with where you are.
Observe,
Witness and contemplate.
Practice number two.
When you are ready,
Identify the changes you want to make based on your first practice.
Begin to make the changes even if small steps at first.
It's a practice.
It may be changing a habit of how you respond to certain situations.
Consider shifting your judgments of self or others to a place of compassion and understanding.
Place yourself in them and them in you.
The changes may take time.
Be gentle and loving with yourself as you grow.
Here are some affirmations.
You can speak the following aloud or choose to create your own.
Repeat daily for as long as desired.
Number one.
I am part of the whole of existence.
I am part of the whole of existence.
Number two.
I choose for my ingredients and flavor to add to the soup of life with beauty and joy.
I choose for my ingredients and flavor to add to the soup of life with beauty and joy.
Number three.
I commit to adjust my contributions to the whole to align with my purpose.
I commit to adjust my contributions to the whole to align with my purpose.
And number four.
I will be gentle and loving with myself and others as we grow.
I will be gentle and loving with myself and others as we grow.
