Thank you for being and for being here with me today.
In the previous episode,
I discussed the fifth consideration in this know thyself dimension,
Train the mind and body.
In this 11th episode,
We will cover the sixth consideration in the know thyself dimension,
See love and God in all things.
As always,
First prepare your environment.
Turn on your receiving mechanism and prepare the tools you use to learn.
Turn on your favorite healing sounds,
Receive your favorite essential oils and prepare to absorb what you wish.
Receive a few nourishing deep breaths and then state aloud,
I choose to receive profound and transformational epiphanies,
Insights,
And peacefulness with ease and grace.

See love and God in all things.
See the beauty of love and God that sits beneath the fears.
How can you choose to see love and God in all things?
Even those things that may seem wrong,
Harmful,
Or evil?
If we are created in the likeness of God of source energy,
Then we are all love and capable of creating and walking with peace and consciousness.
Can you begin to see love and God in everything and everyone regardless of their choices,
Circumstances or differences?
Of course,
You don't have to agree with these things or individuals.
You don't have to align with their chosen frequencies,
But can you understand that we are all one,
That we are reflections to one another,
And that we often know not what we do?
In every being,
There is compassion and love,
Pain and suffering,
A place where our heart moves in all shades and frequencies.
When it is here,
Wisdom is created,
Love is known,
Pain is felt.
See deeply into the heart and soul of each being you encounter and understand if only for a moment that they have the same wisdom,
Love,
And pain running through their veins.
With understanding and compassion,
We can create unlimited healing,
Deep wisdom,
And eternal love.
When you operate from fear,
Which is rampant in our world,
You can do or say things that are not always kind,
Nourishing,
Or supportive.
That doesn't mean you aren't love.
That doesn't mean you are not sourced from God.
Ask yourself what is yours to do.
Ask God,
Ask Creator,
Ask your higher self,
Your higher power.
What is yours to do?
Sit with it for as long as you desire and choose what you wish to feed.
Do you want to feed fear or love?
Do you want to use your energy to observe fear or love in all things?
If you choose fear,
If it is too much to see love and God in this thing or person,
Then go within and ask yourself why.
If nothing comes to the surface right away,
Keep digging until an answer arises.
Remember,
Experiences occur to teach us.
Contemplate the following.
When it is difficult to understand the workings of humankind,
The pain and suffering that may be unfolding in the world,
Or the harmful actions of others,
Turn within to your heart and realize we know not what we do.
In truth,
We don't understand who we are and why we are here,
And we are often stuck in a vicious cycle of pain and suffering from actions well before our time.
If you feed the fear,
It provides the food that nourishes that cycle.
Work with and through your emotions and your feelings.
Utilize them to heal the deep layers from the creation of existence.
Understand that we are one and made in the likeness of God.
We come from the source,
And through each of us runs that source of love,
Even if we are stuck in the illusion that it doesn't.
With that source that runs through you,
Choose to see love and God in all beings,
Experiences,
And things.
Choose to receive the beauty of love and God that sits beneath or within the fears.
Align with that frequency of love and God,
And it will expand.
There are things outside of our control.
We may not be able to change another person's illusion or something outside of our physical being through persuasion or force,
But we can change how we perceive things,
How we think,
And how we respond.
Use these impressive tools to generate the frequency of love that can shift the foundation.
When you shift yourself,
You change the energy within us all,
For we are all one.
Breathe with any discomfort that arises and know that we often do not understand what we do,
For if we did,
We would always choose love.
Begin to see love and God in all things,
And you will see the discomforts disappear.
Here are some practices to take into your day today.
Practice number one,
Take a current or past situation where you sense fear coming from within or coming from the collective.
Then take a minute to write down the experience where you could not see love and God within it.
Sit in your peaceful place and observe and witness the experience in its totality.
Follow your emotions and feelings through your energy field and throughout your body,
Again observing and witnessing with kindness,
Compassion,
And understanding.
Take deep breaths,
Deep sighs,
Allowing them to move.
With eyes closed,
Peer within the experience,
Within the fears,
And place the frequency of love and God source energy within it.
It is already there,
But sometimes you need a little help to witness it.
Notice as the frequency of love and God moves with the energy.
Witness and take note.
Practice number two,
With each experience from the first practice,
Find a place of forgiveness and compassion for all involved,
Including yourself.
Not go of trying to change or fix things outside of yourself,
But continue to change your compass and frequency to help shift the foundation.
Remind yourself that it's not necessary to agree or align with the people or energies of the experience to forgive or see love and God within them.
When you feel complete working with an experience,
Engage in a nourishing activity,
Something that brings you peace and joy.
Know that this exercise has made a significant difference in the world.
Here's some affirmations you can use.
You can speak the following aloud or choose to create your own.
Repeat daily for as long as desired.
Number one,
I love and forgive myself and others for not knowing what we do.
I love and forgive myself and others for not knowing what we do.
Number two,
I choose to see love and God in all beings,
In all things,
In all situations.
I choose to see love and God in all beings,
In all things,
In all situations.
Number three,
I understand that I can't directly change others or situations outside of myself.
I understand that I can't directly change others or situations outside of myself.
And number four,
I choose to feed love and let go of feeding the fears.
I choose to feed love and let go of feeding the fears.
