Hello,
Beautiful beings.
Welcome to the Turn Yourself In podcast,
A self-mastery preschool for adults program providing bite-sized secrets,
Reflections,
And exercises to know,
Love,
And heal thyself,
And to be happy,
Healthy,
Helpful,
And holy.
Together we will zoom into your deepest,
Most expansive,
And highest self to gain self-mastery.
This is Reverend Catherine Gann of Soto.
Thank you for being and for being here with me today.
In the previous episode,
I discussed the eighth and last consideration within the Master Your Environment dimension called Gain Higher Understanding.
In this 22nd episode,
We will begin our exploration into dimension three,
Hone Your Gifts and Skills,
Including the first consideration called Accept Yourself and Others.
As always,
First prepare your environment.
Turn on your receiving mechanism and prepare the tools you use to learn.
Turn on your favorite healing sounds,
Receive your favorite essential oils,
And prepare to absorb what you wish.
Receive a deep,
Nourishing breath and then state aloud,
I choose to receive,
Profound and transformational,
Epiphanies,
Insights,
And peacefulness,
With ease and grace.
I choose to receive,
Profound and transformational,
Epiphanies,
Insights,
And peacefulness,
With ease and grace.
Hone Your Gifts and Skills dimension.
This dimension embodies the following energies.
It's in the vibration of acceptance,
With the knowledge to allow for expansion,
With the result to be helpful,
And in alignment with the air element.
Most people feel delight when they are helpful.
We want to be of service,
Want to add value,
To believe that we are here for a reason,
That our life is worth something,
That we matter and are contributing to the whole.
If we wish to be helpful,
It requires us to hone our gifts and skills.
Play and practice with what brings you joy and what you can offer to the world.
Many of us get stuck in the design and program that has been given to us and don't allow our natural gifts to shine through.
To step toward your gifts,
Accept the truth of who you are and the gifts you've been given to share.
Reflect on the self through observing,
Witnessing,
And contemplating to uncover your strengths and weaknesses.
Be consistent,
Persistent,
And resistant in your daily practices to move beyond the fears.
Movement is key.
Allow your breath to support you and provide movement for the discomforts,
The fears,
The joys,
And the excitement.
Give your life and your gifts permission to receive air,
To flow with air,
To receive and give life and to move.
From here,
You will expand your gifts and skills,
Providing the opening to master and share them with the world.
Work with the eight considerations detailed in the following podcasts to contemplate,
Practice,
And affirm this dimension of the self-mastery preschool for adults.
The eight considerations in this dimension include one,
Accept yourself and others.
Two,
Accept your gifts and purpose.
Three,
Know your strengths and weaknesses.
Four,
Release what does not serve.
Five,
Master your gifts and skills.
Six,
Collaborate and co-create.
Seven,
Bloom and grow.
And eight,
Expand your knowledge.
Accept yourself and others.
Let go of comparison and competition and accept yourself and others.
Why is it that we have a hard time fully accepting ourselves and others in our truth?
Of what are we afraid?
We set expectations for ourselves and others to be a certain way,
To meet a certain standard.
We try to fit into a mold and contort our being at the physical,
Mental,
Emotional,
And spiritual levels in hopes of being accepted by this world and others.
Consider how you plug into programs to live by and stifle your natural organic expressions when they don't fit the program.
This in turn creates patterns of behaviors that are not your truth.
You end up living a lie so that you don't stand out or not ridiculed or bullied and to ensure the acceptance of your being in this world,
Partly so that you survive.
These programs and your conformity to them creates layers and layers of illusions and pathways that you begin to accept as truth because they become so common.
This is just who I am,
You might say.
It is not.
You are so much more.
These programs and illusions come from fear and from those who don't know the truth of who they are.
They create confusion,
Uncertainty,
And a jumbled mess,
A knot of darkness.
Yet it's a perfectly beautiful mess.
Perfect because you are where you are meant to be in your evolution because that is where you are.
And beautiful because you are ready to choose something different.
What a great lesson for you to finally come to the realization that you are perfect in your most organic form and way of being.
But it will take some reflection and shifts to return to this natural organic state.
This first step is choosing.
First accept yourself just as you are,
Conforming to a program or not.
Accept others as they are,
Wherever they are on their path.
There is no need to try to or force a change of yourself or others.
This just creates resistance in a not so nourishing way and is a lot of work that produces no desired results.
Breathe with acceptance.
Let go and allow.
Let go and accept.
Next begin to uncover your truth.
Understand that you have evolved over many millennia and carry the patterns and programming of your ancestors.
Use your tools of deprogramming and reprogramming to heal those behaviors that are not in alignment with your present time being.
Unearth your truth and what you wish and desire to align with.
When you can accept yourself and others,
You are helping break the patterns that have kept us stuck for so long.
Let go of feeding your own illusion and let go of feeding the illusions of others.
Step up,
Stand out and be you,
Shining and sharing your beautiful truth.
Contemplate the following.
With all the programming and illusions to which you have been subjected,
Of which you have accepted and received,
The energies of comparison and competition may have taken you hostage.
You are ready to let it go,
To release it,
To remove the cage around your heart and be open to accept yourself and others as you and they are.
There is no comparison,
No competition.
These are illusions.
You are a perfect,
Beautiful and unique being with your own gifts and skills,
With a specific life path that is yours and yours alone to walk and experience.
Your path will be like no others.
There is no comparison in such unique paths.
Comparison isn't necessary.
Engaging with competition or comparison energy in the likeness of your being to another is like worrying.
It is of no benefit.
It provides no service and it only creates fear.
The molds you are trying to fit into are not beneficial.
The unhealthy expectations you have accepted of self and others comes from programming or from your family or peers,
But regardless is not helpful.
You are ready to accept yourself in present time just as you are and choose to shift,
Evolve and grow in alignment with your true desires.
Choose to accept yourself.
Choose to love yourself.
Choose to laugh with joy at this life you are choosing to create.
By doing so,
You break the patterns and allow magic to unfold,
Providing the expansion for your unique self to be shared with the world.
This is how you are helpful.
Here are some practices that you can bring into your day today.
Practice number one.
Identify the parts of yourself that you don't like or don't accept.
Instead of trying to change them right away,
Use the observe,
Witness and contemplate practice to understand and heal.
Allow yourself to move through and release the old and unhealthy patterns and programs.
Decide what new behaviors and thoughts you wish to engage with so that you can accept yourself as you are.
This is your life and your experiences you get to choose.
Practice number two.
Identify where you go into comparison or competition with others.
Where are you in judgment of yourself?
Where are you in judgment of others?
Judgment of others is also of the self since it is a reflection.
We are all one.
These comparisons and competition are perfect teachers to show you where you are not accepting yourself,
Your gifts or your beauty.
Recognize when,
Where and with whom you are doing this and jot it down.
When you are in a safe and nourishing space,
Turn yourself in to your highest self and ask why you are comparing and why you are in competition.
How is it serving you?
Is it nourishing for all involved?
What would happen if you didn't compare and if competition didn't exist?
Here are some affirmations.
You can speak the following aloud or choose to create your own.
Repeat daily for as long as desired.
Number one.
I choose to let go of unhealthy comparison and competition.
I choose to let go of unhealthy comparison and competition.
Number two.
I commit to accepting myself as I am.
I commit to accepting myself as I am.
Number three.
I choose to walk with confidence in this life experience I am creating.
I choose to walk in confidence in this life experience I am creating.
And number four.
I commit to accepting others as they are.
I commit to accepting others as they are.
