This is a Yoga Nidra session,

Journey to the Energy Body,

Pranamaya Kosha.

We are going to journey from the physical body into the energy body,

Pranamaya Kosha.

Prana is the word meaning universal life force.

That energy animates everything.

Again,

All you need to do is to relax into Shavasana.

I will guide you through the meditation and when the time comes,

I will ring the singing bell to bring you out of Yoga Nidra.

So please lie down and support yourself with whatever you need.

Adapting an open Shavasana,

Legs open,

Give yourself just a few moments to fully arrive.

You can use the breath to help you fully arrive into the present moment,

Noticing the feeling of the breath lightly moving through the body.

Let's help the body to rest by doing a body scan.

Again,

There is nothing you need to do.

Simply allow your awareness to float around the temple of the body.

Right index finger,

Ring finger and the little finger.

Notice the breath and imagine you are surrounded by energy,

By white light.

Every time when you're breathing in,

You draw this light into the body.

Visualize the breath,

This white light filling your entire body with light.

Breathing in into the nose,

Filling the head with light.

Breathing in the whole body full of light.

When you're breathing out,

Releasing and relaxing the entire body into the support beneath us.

Visualize this white light breathing in to the belly,

All the way down to the right leg,

To the toes.

Imagine breathing in the white light into the belly,

All the way down to the left leg,

To the toes.

Experiencing your whole body buzzing with energy.

Resting in the sensation of your physical body and the energy.

Gently come out from Shavasana by feeling the toes,

Moving the fingers.

I'm going to stretch your arms over the head and breathe in to the nose and breathe out to the mouth.

Please pull the legs into the chest and giving yourself a wonderful big hug.

Feeling the sensations on the back,

The texture on the skin,

The shape of the bones.

Please gently,

I'm going to roll over to one side and when you feel ready,

Please support yourself up in a seated posture.

I'm going to join the hands together in front of the heart in Anjali mudra.

Namaste.
