Chakra Recharge Meditation Using Planetary Alignment Energy

On January 25, 2025, a celestial parade of a rare planetary alignment occurred with Venus, Mars, Jupiter, Saturn, Neptune, Uranus, and Mercury. Using this moment's energy, I have channeled a meditation to align and recharge your chakras with these energies.

This meditation can be used anytime as it charges and aligns your energy to the planets no matter where they are in the universe.

So today I'm going to do a meditation that aligns with the planetary alignment that's happening right now today on January 25th. We have the alignment of seven planets which is creating an amazing energy across our skies and I know there's other astrology and alignments to chakras and energy regarding using the sun and the moon and whatnot but I'm using what's currently happening on January 25th. So if you get yourself seated in a comfortable position and light a candle we're going to connect to this planetary energy today. It's strongest today but please note that this meditation can be used with the planets at any time. So take a deep breath in feel yourself relaxed find yourself focusing on your breath releasing energy around you that doesn't serve you focusing on the light the light that's come in and breathing in the light of the candle as we asked your guides to hold space hold space in the vibration of that light burning away anything else that doesn't serve you letting that light fill the room or wherever you are and holding it in that highest vibration and as you breathe in this light you feel it come down through your nose into your body filtering out any heaviness in your body starting with the top of your head clearing your mind letting that light move down to your neck and shoulders into your heart moving that light down through your spine into your stomach letting it be cleared any anxiety anything you've been holding on to just letting that light burn it away feel it go all the way down your legs down to your feet feeling yourself becoming a body of light now glowing bright in this bubble of light you're fully protected and your guides are here they're going to take you up now to the sky past the clouds up above where you currently are high above the earth into that space where the space of the stars twinkle and you can see the sun and as you connect with that energy of the sun your golden ball of light becomes the sun holding space you won't feel heat you just feel brightness a warmth and if you look out past the stars you'll see in a row the planets stirring starting to align starting to come to they're ready for you it's time as you open your heart to this energy and this unique opportunity to align with the energy of the planets all facing in a row all facing you giving you their energy there's a stream of energy in a consciousness of all the planet and i want you to feel yourself slowly lowering into that flow and starting with the crown chakra opening that chakra up to connect to neptune it's linked with intuition and dreams and it's going to deepen your spiritual connection feel that lovely vibration of neptune slowly coming in and massaging your crown chakra energizing it letting it open like a flower and absorbing some of that energy just enough not to overload you but just enough to give you that connection and now we move to the third eye and we connect with jupiter it's the planet of expansion and wisdom to encourage growth and higher learning jupiter's mighty planet looks right at your third eye the eye of jupiter expands as your third eye expands not overloading it just enough to capture that energy to capture the possibilities the future of all different lifetimes of knowledge of growth and keep that stream going as well as the one with neptune and the crown and we move on to your throat chakra energy of mercury the planet of communication and we ask for clear communication messages adaptability and smooth communication with our loved ones our relationships and society whatever messages that need to be said or received let that be connected with mercury and the energy to be expanding and of course we connect with venus now in the heart chakra the planet of love harmony beauty and we ask for her energy and reflection into our heart her love for ourselves in our relationship you feel her expanding all around you as you connect with her energy and vibration then we move down to the solar plex the fire in your belly with the fiery planet of mars the plan of action and energy and decisions overcoming obstacles the fiery planet of mars we put that energy in your solar plex in your belly you feel that charge your solar plex you feel that connection as you've come into alignment with this planet you feel your core vibrate with its vibration you feel yourself coming into full alignment now in your body as we move further down to the sacral you open up your sacral chakra to connect with uranus the planet of innovation and change breakthroughs in all aspects of your life into the physical of your relationships your sex chakra your family your concept of wealth whatever it is uranus will encourage it it's a time for change and creativity allow that vibration now to be felt on the physical and finally connecting all the planets together is your base chakra mighty saturn with its rings feel the ring vibration vibrate from head to toe the rings go up and down your body as it creates structure and discipline and long-term planning and the framework the framework to bring these energies into the physical into the reality the rings of saturn vibrate up and down and feel all the planets now touching each and every chakra going through the front out the back energizing the chakra but being contained in the structure of saturn in this physical world your guides are there to just give you enough never to overdo never to overload there's a lot of energy here and today we ask for that moment in time for that clear pure connection fully protected full of intention to align to bring that energy now into our bodies into our dna into ourselves charging us breathing in and out when it has reached the point of completion when the chakras are full and you are attuned your guides will now ask you to step out of the energy to move into that ball of light once again as we honor the sun and the moon we ask you to acknowledge these celestial beings celestial planets and thank them for their time and energy for always guiding us in the night sky when you're in doubt just look up for each of these plants remain there holding the space for love for energy for fire for creativity for innovation for communication for whatever your needs your chakras are now attuned to them call upon them when you are needed breathing in and out sucking in that ball of light with your guides around your aura bringing you back slowly down from the heavens slowly down through the clouds back onto the planet back into your place of meditation breathing in and out releasing the energy now having that ball wrap around you with warmth and light before it returns back into the candle we ask your guides now with their hands on their shoulders ground you letting your body touch the earth grounding you of the soil earth the final planet of alignment the connection to all the celestial planets you live here and we honor her and as we honor mother earth we thank our guides and our spiritual community for being here as we release the energy and we thank each of the planets feel you each of your chakras charge breathing in and out coming back into your breath back into yourself closing down now each of those chakras feeling them close one by one as they are charged may they rest breathing in and out just releasing that energy and coming back into your body when you're ready
