So this is a meditation to align ourselves to love.
If you have a candle,
Go ahead and light it,
And get yourself settled in to a relaxed position,
Either sitting up or laying down,
Whatever feels comfortable for you.
This is your space and your time.
So settle in and take a deep breath in,
Breathing in that candlelight and exhaling,
Releasing any thoughts from the day,
Anything on your mind,
Just put it aside for now,
Trusting yourself to just spend this time for you.
Breathing in,
And when you breathe in that candlelight,
Feel it go and light up your heart,
And light up your mind,
And when you breathe out,
You breathe out light,
And that light will light up your space.
Taking a deep breath in,
Exhaling,
I want you to relax your shoulders,
Breathing that light down,
Down through your spine,
Feeling that light expand out through your arms to your fingertips.
Taking another deep breath in,
Breathing it all the way down to your stomach,
Letting it settle in your stomach,
This little ball of light.
Taking another breath of light from the candle,
Breathing it all the way down,
Down through your legs,
All the way down to your feet.
Keep taking breaths,
Breathing in light,
Breathing out light,
Creating a safe space just for you.
This is a space for your energy to connect,
To connect to your heart.
You don't have to invite anyone else in,
You don't have to invite anyone else in your mind,
This is just a space for your energy.
Taking a deep breath in,
And just settling down into your own rhythm.
And as you settle,
Feel that light go to your heart.
We're asking your heart to be open today,
To align to love,
To align to the vibration of love.
Now the vibration of love doesn't have to be romantic love.
Love comes in all shapes,
Sizes,
And forms.
Love can be anything,
Anywhere,
In any amount,
But you just have to be open to it.
And today we're going to ask you to trust,
In a safe space,
Trust yourself to open to love.
And I want you to do that by opening your heart just a little bit for you.
You can do that by tapping on your heart,
Tapping it,
Letting know it's safe to be open,
To welcome the vibration of light and love within.
And you give love freely,
When you least expect it,
When you get excited about something,
When you are happy.
So in the simplest form of love,
I want you to think about something you love.
It could be something that you love to eat,
It could be ice cream,
Or your favorite type of cookie.
It could be the love of the ocean,
Where you see the beautiful waves rolling towards you.
It could be taking a walk in the forest,
And the love of nature.
It could be the love of a rainy day,
Or even the sound of puppies playing.
But I want you to hold on to that thought of something you love.
And remember the feeling of it when you first see it,
The excitement,
The wonder.
And I want you to hold on to it.
If you want,
You can hold on to it in your mind,
Or in your hands.
But I want you to slowly take that feeling into your heart,
That feeling of wonder and excitement,
The butterflies.
It can be anything that you're passionate about,
Or that excitement of the first taste of your chocolate ice cream,
Or the first kiss from a little puppy.
Whatever it is,
Hold it with you.
And take a deep breath in,
And allow that light to expand.
Allow that feeling to expand,
To expand throughout your body,
Throughout every cell,
Every part of you.
Allow it to reach all the way down to your toes,
Breathing in and out,
Breathing in light.
And now I want you to breathe out that loving feeling,
That loving feeling in your space,
Allowing it to fill your space with that vibration of love,
Breathing in and out.
And as you breathe,
You feel that bubble even expand beyond your space.
It's a signal to the universe of love,
That vibration.
And slowly,
Feel yourself getting lighter and lighter as you welcome it into your body.
Feeling yourself matching that vibration on every level,
Every cell,
Every muscle.
That gentle feeling of love coming into your heart,
Settling in a safe space,
Breathing in and out,
Allowing yourself to just feel it,
To experience it,
Unconditionally,
For no one else except you to trust yourself to feel that love and accept it,
To receive it,
To embrace it.
You are love.
This is the energy that we want in our lives,
And that energy begins with you.
If there's anyone that you want to send some love to,
It could be a person,
It could be an animal,
It could be a situation.
Take a deep breath in.
Hold the person,
Animal,
Or situation in your hands.
Let your hands be open to that vibration of love.
Breathing in and exhaling,
Sending them that love and breath of light.
May it touch their hearts.
Heal anything that needs to be healed and release anything that needs to be released,
For love roams freely.
Love is unconditional,
And let that light be pure.
Breathing in and out,
Sharing that light and that love to anyone,
Any situation you wish.
I want you to take a deep breath in.
Feel that light go once again all the way through your body.
Feel it go through your spine,
Down through your legs,
And we connect to Mother Earth.
For we live in this reality and she holds us here.
With her own rhythm of life and of love.
Breathing in,
I want you to now connect your heart to the rhythm of the earth.
The pulse of the waves.
Feel the soil beneath your feet.
The rhythm of life from how the grass grows.
Connecting to Mother Earth beneath you.
As she holds you.
Taking a deep breath in,
And feeling that light surround you now.
The love comes through her,
As it connects to your heart.
Breathing in,
Bring your energy back to you.
Feeling that light surround you,
And knowing that love will always exist.
As we bring it back into the physical,
Bring yourself back mentally,
Spiritually,
Emotionally.
Back into one.
Connecting your heart and your soul and your physical self in this space.
Taking a deep breath in.
Exhaling.
And when you're ready,
Just opening your eyes.
And coming back to you.
