Find a comfortable position,

Either sitting or lying down.

If you wish,

Softly close your eyes,

Allow your body to relax and your awareness to soften.

You don't need to block out distractions,

Just let them be and gently bring your attention to this moment now.

Let yourself feel calm,

Present and open to the experience ahead.

Even if you've never heard the term flow,

You've likely experienced it at some point.

Moments when you were completely absorbed into what you were doing,

Fully present and unaware of time passing.

Flow has been described as effortless effort,

A state where doing something feels natural,
