As a holistic and trauma-informed practitioner, she combines her expertise as a psychotherapist, meditation facilitator and yoga teacher with her genuine passion for helping others find balance and tranquility in their lives. With a strong foundation in mindfulness and holistic practices, Jennifer creates meaningful experiences that empower her students to connect with their authentic selves. She is particularly passionate about the integration of brain science, nervous system research, somatic techniques, and spirituality in her work. By bridging these fields, she helps individuals deepen their self-awareness, fostering resilience and enhancing their healing journey.
