Welcome to the Eternal Light Meditation.
Start to find a comfortable space to lie down or sit down for this meditation.
We'll begin shortly.
As you start to settle into your space,
Begin to close your eyes.
Start to focus inward on your breath.
Take deep breaths or deep breaths.
Just start to notice your breath going in and out.
Notice the inward breath.
Notice the outward breath.
Notice the beginning of the breath going in.
And as it begins to go out,
Notice the subtle pause in between the breath.
We are now going to begin the chakra clearing part of this meditation.
We're going to take intentional breaths in through our nose and out through our mouth.
We're going to go through each chakra.
We'll start with the root and work our way up to the crown.
As we breathe in through our nose,
We're going to imagine a life force energy starting to come through our feet into the chakra that we name and watch the energy get released from that chakra and open a little bit more.
Let's begin with the root chakra.
As you breathe in through your nose,
This energy coming up through your feet up to the base of your spine where your root chakra is.
Breathe out through your mouth and watch that energy release whatever is in the root chakra.
Let's move to the sacral.
Lower through your feet,
Passing through your root chakra that's now open to your sacral and breathe out.
Release as it reaches there.
You'll breathe out through your mouth and solar plex to your heart as it reaches your heart.
Notice the energy start to move outward and take that deep breath out.
Feel your lower chakras open.
Take a deep breath in through your nose.
Imagine that energy coming up.
Feed all the way up through your chakras until it gets to your throat.
When it does,
Breathe outward and release.
Make a sound if you need to.
Feed through our chakras until it reaches our third eye.
Once it does,
We'll breathe out through our mouth.
Maybe still keep a little bit of focus on that energy coming up through your feet.
As you notice this light continuing to come up through your feet,
Breathe out through your mouth.
