From the Spirit, Higher source of my being, I now give myself permission to feel my fears and anxieties. I also give myself permission to see, To know, To feel, And to understand what these anxieties are all about. And I give myself permission to experience them in a loving, Joyful, Peaceful, Painless way. So be it. And so it is.
