I also give myself permission to see,

To know,

To feel,

And to understand what these anxieties are all about.

And I give myself permission to experience them in a loving,

Joyful,

Peaceful,

Painless way.

Higher source of my being,

I now give myself permission to take back my power from any man,

Woman,

Or child who has ever abused me physically,

Emotionally,

Sexually,

Or financially in this life,

From past lives,

And from this day forward.

I free myself,

I now give myself permission to love myself just the way I am,

To see that I am worthy,

That I deserve to be on this planet,

And to be loved.
