And a higher power of my being, I now give myself permission to stop judging myself. So be it. And so it is. From the spirit, Higher source of my being, I now give myself permission to feel my fears and anxieties. I also give myself permission to see, To know, To feel, And to understand what these anxieties are all about. And I give myself permission to experience them in a loving, Joyful, Peaceful, Painless way. So be it. And so it is. From the spirit, Higher source of my being, I now give myself permission to take back my power from any man, Woman, Or child who has ever abused me physically, Emotionally, Sexually, Or financially in this life, From past lives, And from this day forward. I free myself, So be it. And so it is. From the spirit, Higher source of my being, I now give myself permission to love myself just the way I am, To see that I am worthy, That I deserve to be on this planet, And to be loved. And I also give myself permission to invite into my life successful, Prosperous, Loving, Spiritual people who will support me in everything I do, And love me just the way I am. So be it. And so it is. From the spirit, Higher power of my being, I now give myself permission to prosper, To manifest everything that I need. May your light enlighten me. May your love heal me, Emotionally, Financially, Spiritually, Physically. May the energy of the will you carry create integrity, Harmony, And wholeness in all my being. So be it. And so it is.
