Jasmin is a breathwork and somatic healing guide creating practices to help others regulate their nervous systems, open their hearts, and return to presence. Her meditations blend grounded science with gentle spirituality so individuals can feel safe, clear, and connected in their daily lives. After years of studying nervous-system regulation and guiding hundreds of people through breathwork, Jasmin has learned that healing doesn’t have to be heavy. Instead, it can feel like coming home. Her approach draws from somatic therapy, polyvagal theory, and the ancient wisdom of the breath, translated into simple tools that can be used anytime life feels too loud. Each practice is designed to help people reconnect with their body’s innate intelligence, quiet mental noise, and create more space for peace, creativity, and self-trust. Based in Canada, she loves weaving nature, rhythm, and honest conversation into everything she creates.
