After years of studying nervous-system regulation and guiding hundreds of people through breathwork, Jasmin has learned that healing doesn’t have to be heavy. Instead, it can feel like coming home. Her approach draws from somatic therapy, polyvagal theory, and the ancient wisdom of the breath, translated into simple tools that can be used anytime life feels too loud.
