Hi,
Welcome.
I'm glad you're here.
Today's meditation holds the intention of activating a sense of magic and wonder and it's meant to help us get back in touch with our true authentic and happy selves.
For your body,
Let's just find a position that feels good.
If you like a supported back or if you prefer to lie down,
Just do whatever feels right.
I don't personally love an unsupported back position for meditation.
My personal constitution just isn't a fan,
But whatever feels good for you,
I invite you to find that position and we can get started when you're ready.
Let your body get comfortable,
Making any adjustments you need.
When you're ready,
You can let your eyes close and take a couple of nice big breaths,
Just to reset and clear the space around you.
Just listening to the sound of your breath leaving your body,
Following this flow through your body as it gets as comfortable as it can.
There's time to settle in and comfort is coming.
It's okay to just focus on your breath,
To listen to what is happening right here,
Right now.
As you imagine emptying yourself out with each breath,
Feel your body sinking down a little bit more.
Being here in the space of slowing things down,
Giving your brain and your body these few big breaths to just downshift.
As you shift and regulate your nervous system,
Your brain,
Your subconscious mind remembers,
Ah,
We know this.
This feels good.
This is restful time,
Healing time.
And this time offers space to connect with yourself again.
So let's just melt into this.
As you follow your natural,
Calm breaths,
Let yourself acclimate to being in your body again,
Moving outside of the thoughts and moving into the focus,
The sensate experience of being embodied in the here and the now.
Imagine now that we can take the body elsewhere.
Let's move outside into a warm,
Sunny day.
Remembering that feeling of warm cement right under your bones,
Feeling it through your clothes as you sit on the sidewalk,
Noticing the day around you.
The scent of grass,
Trees,
Bushes,
The smell of moist earth below the grass,
The scent of wet,
Warm concrete.
Feel that heat radiating up your body.
Just sitting and taking it all in.
Imagine that in your hands you have one of those little colorful bottles of bubble liquid.
Unscrewing the cap,
Piercing that foil film there with your finger,
Feeling the liquid warmed from the sun.
Fishing around,
Feeling for that little plastic wand and remembering,
Recalling so accurately,
What it's like to sit with this bottle in your hands.
Pulling the wand out,
Noticing that drippy,
Soapy fluid between your fingers,
Maybe even noticing a little bit of it dripping down to your wrists.
Noticing that shiny film with its rainbow-like swirls as you look through the wand.
As you blow into your bubble wand,
You can stretch that film,
Creating a nice,
Big bubble.
As you blow into the wand,

And nice is subjective here.
It could be small,
It could be big.
You can blow gently.
You can just keep hovering your breath so one bubble just stays right there in the wand.
If you want it to release,
You can let it float away.
You can dip your wand again,
Holding it close to your face and your mouth once again and blowing.
Feeling into your own breath and just dipping and blowing.
Watching those bubbles,
Watching all of those colors,
Watching all of these shiny,
Clear orbs just floating around in the air outside.
Watching your bubbles shift up and down.
Watching maybe a little bubble hitting the grass and bursting.
Hitting the outside of your wet bottle and just hanging there.
Watch as some of these bounce off of each other.
Some merging together.
Maybe you allow the wall between some of these bubbles to burst,
Creating one big bubble.
Just enjoying the sense of play here.
Enjoying this experience.
Watching the day fill with these soapy orbs.
Creating so many bubbles.
They all start to kind of merge together into one big cloud.
And if you'd like,
Get up from where you're sitting in your imagination,
And climb right onto this cloud.
Imagining you can allow yourself to move your body into the position that it's in right now,
Right on top of this cloud.
Noticing how it forms so perfectly to suit your body's needs.
Allowing your head and your shoulders to be soft.
Rest in this cloud.
All of those soapy bubbles all around you.
Allowing your body to be weightless here.
This giant bubble,
Gently drifting towards you.
Swirling in the air outside.
One great big bubble cloud.
Expanding.
You can just rest and float.
Just enjoying this day.
Enjoying your work.
Bubbles everywhere,
And one giant bubble right here.
As you relax in your safe cocoon,
Imagine all of the little moments in the air outside of your bubble.
Just seeing them projected inside.
These images of your past.
Of your future.
Sometimes floating past,
Like little movies,
Little snippets of your life.
How many little snippets can come into your orbit of magical times in your life?
Noticing what you see here.
Seeing yourself at many different stages and ages.
Now let's start calling in images of your future.
Magic moments that you are calling in and allowing to come into your consciousness.
These images of the actual future.
Little snippets.
Seeing yourself.
Seeing nature.
Your friendships.
Your connections.
Your opportunities.
Your environment.
Your brain has this ability to make imagination real.
Because in your subconscious mind,
There's not necessarily a differentiation between what's real and what's imagination.
And it does not know what time it is.
So you can call in images from what I would call a future,
But in your mind right now,
It's all the same.
Just seeing these beautiful,
Magical moments that you get to create.
All of the beauty.
All of the love.
You have that incredible power.
That good kind of power.
All these images flow.
Allowing your bubble to move up even higher.
In your wise self.
This can be any version of you.
It could be a different timeline you.
Just call your wise self in.
And allow them to be in your presence.
Allow them to remind you why you are here.
What you're meant to do.
And what you are meant to feel and experience as a human on this earth.
As you are in this human form,
Allow them to tell you what you're here to do.
What you're meant to experience.
What you're meant to feel.
What you're meant to experience.
Just be in this knowing.
That the future and the past and the now all exist on the same plane.
If it's meant for you,
Just have it right now.
Whatever you are desiring.
Whatever you are needing to just pour into you.
No need to wonder if it's meant to be.
It just is.
Just try it on.
On being in joy.
Being in wonder.
Being in the spirit of your own magic.
The biggest,
Warmest,
Most golden bath you can imagine.
Swimming,
Backstroking in this golden liquid that is your joy.
Your happiness.
Your purpose.
Your intentions.
All of the magic.
That is already yours.
As your wise self smiles at you.
Smiles through you.
Smiles with you.
Allow any other questions that you have to be asked.
Not necessarily looking for answers,
But just allowing an opening of a conversation.
Just being in this space of peace,
Comfort,
And enjoyment.
Allowing the soft openness and expansiveness.
A connectedness to your wise and true self.
Just taking this in.
All of the warm and fuzzy goodness here is bringing you closer and closer to home.
Your true and authentic nature.
Shifting,
Changing your energy.
And attuning you to this.
This is good.
It's important to feel good.
You're supposed to be happy and excited and in awe of life.
You're supposed to be in the magic.
And at times even be almost overwhelmed by how lucky you are.
Just bathing in all of this goodness that you are generating here.
Imagine now that you can step out of this warm bath.
And the biggest,
Fluffiest,
Most warmed from the dryer towel is placed right over your shoulders.
Comfortably over your head.
And allowing yourself to be gently dried and cared for.
Ancient oils and herbs being placed on your skin and your hair.
It's like loving beings are coming in to care for you.
Including you in a way that you can receive.
That you can recognize.
Allowing them to adorn your body with herbs and leaves and flowers.
Just enjoying this space.
Just being in this energy of being connected to the universe around you.
To your true,
Authentic self.
And your natural,
Happy nature.
Taking as much time as you would like or need to stay here.
And if it's time to move on with your day or night.
Just allow yourself to take a few big breaths.
To seal all of this positive,
Happy energy in.
And start to let your breaths energize you.
And start to wake up your body.
Wiggle the fingers and the toes.
Maybe giving yourself a little stretch.
And then when you're ready,
You can open your eyes and move on with your day.
