Beginning to take a deep breath in for your heart space,
Exhaling out and all around your heart,
Breathing into your heart space,
Exhaling all around your heart.
And then the next breath,
We're going to breathe in this beautiful golden white light,
Breathing into our heart space,
Allowing this beautiful golden white light to fill up your whole body,
And exhaling all around your body,
This beautiful golden white light,
Breathing into your heart space,
And exhaling this golden light all around your body.
Just beginning to feel yourself relax,
Relaxing your jaw,
Relaxing your shoulders,
Your forehead,
Your brow,
Relaxing your feet and your legs,
Your hips,
Leaning back just a little bit more,
Relaxing the shoulders and the necks,
The hands,
The eyes,
The ears,
And coming fully into this present moment.
And just noticing how you're arriving in this moment,
How is your energy system,
How is your mental body,
How are your emotions,
And just scanning.
First,
We'll feel into our mental body,
Noticing how our mental body is feeling in this moment,
Giving it space to speak while we listen,
Taking note of if it feels dense or light,
Any textures,
Colors,
Just noticing,
And breathing,
And thinking your mental body,
And asking and feeling,
Sensing how your emotional body is feeling,
Taking note,
How it feels,
And how it lives within your awareness at this time,
Breathing with it,
And letting it speak to you as you listen,
And now bringing your awareness to your energetic body,
Feeling your major chakra points,
And noticing how they feel,
Where they are currently residing,
Do they feel aligned all above each other,
Or are some points maybe further back,
Or to the side,
Just taking note,
Not needing to change or shift anything,
Just observing,
And taking a deep breath in,
And exhaling,
Taking a deep breath in through your heart space,
Exhaling all around your heart,
Taking another deep breath in through your heart space,
Exhaling all around your heart,
And giving thanks to yourself,
To your mental body,
Your emotional body,
And your energetic body,
And a deep bow of gratitude for yourself in this moment,
For showing up just to listen,
Not needing to change anything,
And so it is.
