Thank you so much for being here with this morning activation and prayer of faith and alignment and remembering who we truly are.
And before we move in to this morning prayer,
I invite you just to begin connecting with your breath,
Allowing yourself to come into a space of awareness,
Noticing the inhalation and the exhalation.
And with each inhalation,
Filling up the lungs,
Filling up your entire being,
Holding the breath at the top just for a moment as we exhale and let all of that go.
We're going to continue just a couple more like that.
Inhaling from your toes all the way up through your body,
Extending up to your crown.
Hold the breath at the top and then exhale.
Let it all go,
Releasing from the crown,
Down through your entire being,
Back to your toes.
And just keep going with that rhythm.
And as we move through this morning prayer of faith and alignment and remembrance,
The one line that I ask you to repeat with me is,
I remember who I am.
So after each section,
We'll all repeat as a collective,
I remember who I am.
You can say it out loud,
You can mentally say it in your head,
But really just hold on to that space of remembrance.
Let's take one breath together to join us in unison.
I'm a child of God,
Made in the image of divine love.
The kingdom is not somewhere far away,
It is within me.
I carry the light of Christ in every breath that I take.
I remember who I am.
Today I choose faith over fear.
I may not see the whole path,
But I trust the one who walks with me.
Like the birds of the air,
I release worry and embrace provisions.
I lack nothing because my source is infinite.
I remember who I am.
Let my thoughts be aligned with heaven.
Let my words speak only of that which is good,
True,
And holy.
Let my actions be born from love and guided by wisdom.
Let me trust in unseen miracles,
Even when doubt whispers.
I remember who I am.
God,
I surrender this day to you.
I ask not for ease,
But for clarity.
Not for control,
But for communion.
Not for more,
But for more awareness of what I already have.
I remember who I am.
I move mountains with belief.
Mountains of fear.
Mountains of self-doubt.
Mountains of limitations.
Because Christ lives in me.
And through him,
Nothing is impossible.
I remember who I am.
Today I walk in truth.
Today I walk in love.
Today I walk in faith.
And that is enough.
Because today I remember who I am.
And so it is done.
And so it is.
Amen.
Amen.
Let's take another big inhale together to seal this in.
Hold it in your heart,
The space of remembrance,
As you move throughout your day.
Knowing who you truly are.
