Hello beautiful soul and welcome to this super quick heart coherence meditation.

This meditation is ideal for when you are feeling overwhelmed,

Stressed,

Anxious,

Perhaps caught in busy,

Looping,

Unhelpful thoughts.

Just take a few minutes,

Find a comfortable position,

Ideally sitting somewhere with your spine nice and long.

If you feel safe to do so,

Please close down your eyes.

Take a nice,

Full,

Deep,

Slow inhale in through the nose.

Open the mouth,

Sigh it out.

Please take two more in your own time,

Long,

Slow inhale and sighing out.

I invite you to take your awareness to your heart center,

The center of your chest.

Just notice how this area feels.

It might feel nice to imagine a beautiful,

Glowing,

White light here.

Begin to imagine breathing in and out of your heart center.

Five counts to breathe in and five counts to breathe out.

Inhaling in through the center of the chest and maybe someone,

Something,

Somewhere you love or maybe a feeling of gratitude might be easier to access.

You can drop the practice and when you're ready,

Heading back into your day with a little more clarity.
