During this three-minute meditation,
You will repeat the mantra,
I Am,
Followed by the three self-affirmations.
My mantra will sound like this,
I Am Bold,
Passionate,
And Innovative.
I Am Bold,
Passionate,
And Innovative.
Remember that you can use this mantra meditation at any time.
During this meditation,
I will not be speaking the mantra out loud.
You may speak the mantra out loud,
Softly,
Or inside.
