Find a quiet and peaceful trail in the mountains that you feel comfortable walking on. Begin walking slowly and mindfully, taking in the sights and sounds of nature around you. As you walk, focus on your breath, taking deep breaths in through your nose and exhaling slowly through your mouth. Allow your thoughts to come and go without judgment, simply observing them as you continue to focus on your breath. As you walk, pay attention to the sensation of your feet on the ground and the movement.
