Bring your attention to your feet.
Feel the weight of your body being held.
Scan up through your calves,
Your knees,

If you notice any tension,
Don't fight it.

Drawing the energy upward like a warm current of light rising through your body.

Gather the energy from the lower centers,
Where old stress and fear may sit,
And invite it up through the heart and up through the crown,

Letting the old state melt away.
You are moving your energy out of survival and into creation.

I want you to let go.
Let go of your name.
Let go of your roles.
Let go of today's to-do list.
Let go of your timelines and your need-to-know-how.
For this moment,
You are not your past.
You are not your labels.
You are not your old stories.
For this moment,
You are pure awareness,

Every version of you already exists,
Including the version who is living the reality you desire most.
You do not need to force it into being.
You only need to match it.

Choose one moment that clearly whispers,
It worked.
This is my life now.
Step fully into that scene.
Notice where you are.
Notice the light in the room or the sky.
Notice any sounds.
And notice what you are touching or holding.
Most importantly,
Notice how you feel.
Perhaps you feel relief.
Perhaps you feel gratitude.
Or perhaps you feel quiet,
Grounded certainty.
Let that feeling grow in your body.
