Let's find a spot on your bed,
Your sofa or under a tree or by a trickling stream.
Lay back with your feet stretched out and hands resting by your side,
Palms up.
When you are ready,
Close your eyes,
Inhale deeply and exhale.
Settle in and breathe normally.
Imagine a beam of white light beaming down from the sky above,
Touching the top of your head.
With your next deep breath in,
Exhale and imagine the light entering your body through the top of your head and the palms of your hands spreading out through the rest of your body.
This light starts spreading in your body like turning on all the lights in a dark house.
It energizes,
It powers you up,
It fills up every cavity and awakening every cell in your body.
Sending love and strength to every inch of your body and giving you infinite love to deal with your feeling of loss when it arises.
As it fills your body,
Welcome it,
Allow it to expand,
Trusting this white light to keep you calm as you walk through your sadness.
Be focused,
Be calm,
Feel the sense of warmth,
Love and strength,
It is divine.
This is the magic of the light,
It keeps you centered,
It gives you energy,
It heals you.

It takes time to grieve.
Getting over your loss doesn't mean you stop loving them,
