This is your time to unwind,

Let go of the day and prepare your mind and body for a night of peaceful rest.

Welcome,

As you settle into a comfortable position,

Allow yourself to release any tension or lingering thoughts,

Knowing that there is nothing you need to do right now except relax.

With gentle breathing and calming visualization,

I will guide you into a state of deep tranquility where sleep comes easily and effortlessly.

Lay down and find a comfortable spot on your bed,

Pull up the blanket and cover yourself.

Place your hands by your side,

With both palms up to the ceiling,

Close your eyes,

Giving gratitude for this moment.

Now say this to yourself,

My body is relaxed,

I am ready to sleep.

Thank you for giving me this peace,

I welcome a good sleep,

Knowing that this moment is defined.

It's time to sleep.

Now imagine beams of warm white light beaming down from the sky above,

Gently touching the top of your head,

Your chest,

The palms of your hands and feet.

With each breath,

Imagine the light washing over you,

Starting from the top of your head and flowing down through your shoulders,

Arms and fingertips.

Let this soothing wave of light continue melting away any tightness in your chest,

Your stomach,

Your legs and finally your feet.

Inhale deeply and exhale.

Your mind grows quiet like in an empty room,

Any lingering thoughts drifts away through the doors,

Shut the door,

Leaving only serenity and peace.

Inhale deeply and exhale.

You are safe,

Ready for deep restful sleep.

Inhale deeply and exhale.

The light calms your body,

Sending love to each and every part of your body,

Giving you an inner calm light lingers in your body,

Trusting this white light to fill you up.

Feel the peacefulness,

Trust this white light to fill you up.

Feel its presence within your heart,

Expanding outward love throughout your body.

If you had a day filled with thoughts and activities,

Relax.

If you had a stressful day,

Leave it behind.

If stress wore you out,

Pain or ill will,

It does you no good,

So just release it and let the warmth of the light dissolve all the problems in your mind.

You will feel refreshed,

Rested and happy when you feel this is the magic of the light.

It relaxes you.

It heals you.

It gets you to sleep.

It's time to sleep.
