Welcome to a Heal My Hurts breathwork.

Let's take a moment to land in the present moment together by taking a deep breath in through the nose and sighing it out through the mouth.

Today's breathwork is going to work on cleansing and clearing the third eye chakra.

Now this chakra sits in between the eyebrows in the middle of the brain.

This chakra is responsible for your imagination and your intuitive vision.

So when this chakra gets out of alignment we can have things like nightmares,

Poor intuition,

And we can feel misguided on our path.

So the goal of this breath is to now clear and cleanse so that there's a clear pathway forward.

And when there's a clear pathway forward we actually feel like the universe is carrying us.

It's affluence and it pulls us into the present moment which guides us in perfect rhythm with the harmony of the universe.

So to get started find yourself a nice comfortable place to either sit up or lie down.

To prepare for this breath we are going to take 11 deep inhalations in through the nose and out the mouth.

Now after those 11 initial breaths we're going to take a 12th breath in through the nose and holding the breath at the top while squeezing every muscle in our body and holding that breath with the tongue to the roof of the mouth and eyes roll back in the head visualizing an indigo blue light all around our mind's eye.

Now what this will do is push life force energy all the way from the root chakra at the base of the spine all the way up the spine and into the third eye activating cleansing and clearing.

Now we're going to do this for four rounds.

So to begin let's start our first round in five four three two one.

Deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth.

Big deep breath.

Filling your belly,

Chest and head.

Take a deep breath in,

Hold at the top and squeeze squeeze squeeze every muscle in your body.

Tongue to the roof of the mouth.

Eyes rolled back in your head.

Visualize that beauty.

Release the squeeze.

Start round number two in three two.

Big deep breath.

In through the nose and out through the mouth.

Big deep breath.

Filling your belly,

Chest and head.

Take a deep breath in.

Nice. Short and sweet. I feel like on more cycle would’ve had a bigger effect- although this was my first time doing it so I would imagine more practice would help. Additionally, I would’ve liked to ride out the rest of the feeling with that beautiful 9D sound slowly fading vs. the abrupt stop. I will be back to do this again. Thank you for your work🫶🏾

I really enjoyed this. The guidance was clear and background tones and affirmations were a nice addition. I’ve done Dmt Breathwork before and found this one was a bit more intense than others, with a lot going on. The squeezing element in particular was causing me a headache and maybe the inhales being through the nose. I shifted to just squeezing my legs and then just squeezing my arms for the last two rounds and that helped. I also allowed myself to breathe in through my nose and partially open mouth. I’ll try it again with these modifications and maybe work my way up to full body squeezing because that definitely added some tingles by the end! Thank you for this guide :)
