This guided practice is meant to help you activate your intuition by accessing theta brainwave mode through visualization. First, I'm inviting you to deepen your understanding of day cycles and their connection to brain activity, the nervous system, and intention. And how, using all that knowledge, we can learn to enter the state where it's easier to perceive that which is beyond the 5 senses and logic. This practice is an extension to my course called Beyond 5 Senses: Activate Your Intuition & Extrasensory Perception.

Hello,

It's Alexander.

And I welcome you to this guided practice.

Of activating your intuition and extrasensory perception.

This video is an addition to my course with the same name where I'm showing practices and explaining principles of how.

Sensing.

I'd like to.

What we are doing while we are sensing how things work and what should we pay attention to.

I decided to start with a very famous symbol.

All of you know very well.

It's an infinity sign.

We know the original meaning of it.

Conceptualize using this sign.

What else it can mean?

In terms of the topic of our discussion.

In which we all live?

It's a cycle of death.

Going from day to night?

And it lasts.

While we are on this planet.

If we were to look at it from a nervous system perspective.

That would be sympathetic.

Nervous system,

Mood and parasympathetic.

Activity.

Applying.

Force,

Pressure,

Focus.

Going somewhere,

Lifting weights.

Thinking logically,

Analyzing Reasoning.

In the same time when we transition to parasympathetic mode rest Rest,

Recovery,

Relaxation.

So,

But if we were to look at the same picture from the perspective of brainwave activity,

We would see Something like that.

So during the day we are in alpha beta gamma brainwave mode we are.

Vibrating,

The frequency is higher.

For thinking,

For moving,

For all kinds of activities in the same time during the night.

It will be delta and theta.

So,

Realistically,

Theta will be shifted a bit to knight.

Of four.

Consciously and intentionally.

Sensing.

Activating your intuition.

Meditation,

Healing,

Energy healing,

Shamanic practices It's because of this cycle.

We are trying to be somewhere around.

This golden thread spot.

Which is somewhere realistically in between alpha and theta.

Floating.

And Uhhh.

And other.

Uh.

.

.

Soul.

Shamans,

Energy healers,

Meditators.

We try to.

Start from the date.

And lower.

Calm down.

The frequency of our brain and nervous system to theta to be able to sense,

Perceive that which we are.

Have hard time perceiving clearly while we are in those states,

Because then the body and the brain is simply louder for us than all those subtle electromagnetic waves which we are sensing during the day as well absolutely,

But we are not able to clearly Recognize them.

Because we are.

Vibrating,

Pulsing.

Louder and we hearing ourselves.

But in the same time like people.

Who do lucid dreaming astral projection they try to get to this sweet spot during the night so they are going falling asleep but then not letting their brainwave mode to be in delta,

Instead push it up.

Back.

So those are two schools of thought we might say.

And how different people approach and try to get to this.

State.

Starting from different sides of this spectrum.

So?

Having all of that.

In mind,

How can it be applied?

Into practice.

You all know your state.

Of brain nervous system during the day.

We are here.

Right now in this stage.

You also know.

You are stayed while you are falling asleep.

That letting go,

Relaxation.

Slowing down of the brain is helpful.

To live.

Through a dead cycle consciously?

Through this cycle.

Remember and learn those two states in which you are naturally during the day and night.

And then.

The practice goes like this.

Just let go.

Relax and breathe.

Breathe.

For a moment.

Relax.

Your dying friend.

To ground ourselves in this present moment.

And then.

.

Remember.

.

.

Your state.

In which you are during the day.

And visualize it,

Put it in your mind's eye.

Let this be you during the day.

In your state.

On the right side.

Then.

.

.

On the left side.

Of this space.

Your state,

Another instance of yourself how you are during the night.

And then?

Become both in the same time.

Without pushing?

Because if you are forcing you will notice like this there's resistance It's like your brain starts.

Male functioning.

If you have this effect,

Simply backtrack.

Stop doing it actively.

And simply.

Gently sleep.

Into this state expand.

Without pushing.

Become both instances of yourself.

During the day and during the night in the same time.

Dropping yourself,

Letting go.

Into this This music also features data wave binaural beats.

Which are mint.

To support during this practice.

So you will notice that your thoughts are slowing down.

You start feeling.

Calmer.

And wider.

It's a pleasant surprise.

Relax.

Healing.

If you trust this transition.

Simply.

Let yourself sleep.

Into it.

And you will also notice like the space in which you are in.

It is more white.

Because.

Are here.

You let go.

Of the physical.

Shift.

To the middle.

And in the same time as you are shifting,

Your electromagnetic field naturally expands.

You let go.

In the same time.

Keeping.

Clarity,

Awareness.

Without falling asleep.

Where you would lose intention.

You are floating.

Somewhere between those two.

Being able to see both worlds in the same time if you practice you will be able to.

And also perceive electromagnetic waves.
