Hello it's alexander and i welcome you to this guided energy healing breath work practice which is called pillar or axis of the world.
But first several important words to say and explain about the mindset behind this practice which makes it stand out.
From many other similar breathwork energy healing related practices In ancient systems people looked at healing differently than we do nowadays.
Their approach was Looking at forces of nature cycles of nature and Aligning.
Ourselves to them instead of looking at everything from a purely human perspective.
So before I understand.
Something about my health condition my traumatic experiences and some disbalances in my energy,
There are natural forces that work anyway all the time before i'm able to understand anything.
And it's in this cycle and the flow of energy,
Human.
Leaves.
The principle was in alignment.
Opening up to those forces.
And letting the healing happen.
So if we were to look at human body from energetic perspective we would see that from the solar plexus up above It's a plus.
And from solar plexus down below It's a minus.
So this is the battery.
Which needs to be recharged when it's low.
Low on energy tired or unhealthy so then if we were to look at this human and zoom out we would see that this human Stands.
On the planet.
On the planet earth which has its electromagnetic field,
Gravity and no matter how high you live,
How many.
Store stores or grounds you have from the earth you are always within its electromagnetic field and if we were to zoom out more we would see that the planet and the human.
They are all within electromagnetic field of the sun the most powerful force in this solar system which provides solar wind it is known in science The sun sends,
Emanates,
Solar,
Wind.
Which brings fresh energy,
Force and for life on this planet to blossom and function.
In a healthy way Those are two fundamental forces.
The sun.
A plus and the earth a minus which correspond to this.
Human being being in between and the flow.
Is happening all the time,
No matter what we think,
If we understand it.
Or not.
So then the principle 4.
Healing Realignment and to be in this cycle.
Of life.
There comes this practice but to get the most out of it the focal point of this breathing exercise should not be you doing something to get something Don't limit.
This breathing exercise to yourself.
It's the opposite approach.
Opening up to those forces Surrendering being aware of them Connecting.
Connecting and just being present,
So Let's start this breathing exercise.
With your feet.
Standing straight.
On the ground expand yourself visualize your reaching up to the sun high above and your roots touching the earth deep below.
Feel that.
Connect And then.

The breathing exercise begins.
Inhale.
From the sun through your nose all the way through with one inhale into the earth soul.
From the sun sending the energy deep into the earth,
Leaving it there.
Staying for a while,
Just for a while and then exhaling from the earth through your mouth all the way through into the sun.
Leaving your exhale and the energy you brought.
And then repeating.
Deep below.
Leave it there.
Send back.
Leave it there.
Repeat.
Leaving it in the earth.
Standing back to the sun and leaving it there.
Being a transmitter.
Open up.
And consciously.
Taking part in this process of life.
Fresh.
The life force.
Through yourself.
To this planet.
Leaving it there,
Feeding.
The earth and then On exhale.
Sending back what no longer belongs here.
Because solar wind comes and then.
.
.
Opposite.
Flow.
Happens equally which.
Brings what no longer belongs to this planet back for it to be transformed and returned once again.
Then you might help yourself.
With holding your dominant hand.
On top like that since this is the appealer so you're an axis between the sun and the earth.
So while breathing.

You may hold.
This gesture.
Breathing should be.
Not forced and make sure those pauses that you do that they don't last.
Longer than five seconds in the beginning for you not to get out of breath not to hyperventilate because this is not the intention this can only take away from the the practice the principle you can.
Inhale way less but send the energy way more effectively.
Keep in mind.
And you.
Will notice after.
Several minutes of doing this breathing Exercise.
You become more white,
More relaxed,
Calm.
Fresh.
You will notice how you perceive life around you differently.
How you move your perception of space.
How you move?
And navigate more easily.
Because of unshrinking.
We tend to be.
Too much stuck in our head not even being present within the body.
But this practice is even more.
Its being present within and opening to healing forces.
And letting the cycle happen through you which will rebalance your energy regulate your nervous system,
Calm you down.
It has positive effects on immune system.
If you will repeat this breathing practice you will notice that you feel warmer.
So in the middle in mid-season time when it's not Too cold,
Obviously.
And not warm already.
Uh while walking and doing this quietly.
You might notice that you feel warmer and freeze less.
