While you get situated get comfortable maybe just take a few deep breaths keep laying in bed or if you're getting up that's okay too whatever is right for you.
So today I'm going to be doing affirmations based on a friend of mine Oak.

So take a deep breath and get ready to receive.
The strength you show the world is only one aspect of how strong you are.
Internally the strength that you have has no bounds.

To be their rock through the hard times,
To offer guidance and support.

We lean on you because we know that we will be supported.

Sometimes it's not always visible because you do so many little things for others.

Grab tea or cacao and even tuck me in in a blanket just like my mum.
You are both the divine feminine and the divine masculine in one.
You nurture,
You protect.
Because of this everyone that you are in contact with has the chance to change,
To evolve and up level.
You create an environment that is so safe.
You have everything anyone needs.
You take criticism so well.
You accept that you are not perfect and that there may be a million steps to get there.
But you just aim on getting 1% better every day.
Because that's enough.
You are enough.
You are doing enough.
You know enough.
You are helping enough.
I know that your mission on this earth is something bigger than most of us but you are talented.
You are supported and you are ready.
You are so organized.
You always get what's on your to-do list done.
You don't set yourself outlandish goals that overwhelm you.
You know limits and you know your priorities.
The way that you view the world is so clear.
It's beautiful and it's full of love.
You respect your own boundaries more than most.
You are quick.
You are quick to make decisions about people but you are open to change with them.
You see people's soul in a way that most others don't.
You see through people.
You see through their mask.
You are not afraid of missing out on joyous events.
You know that your you time is so much more important and that there are only so many hours in a day.

You have been on your path to greatness your whole life and there has been so many challenges.
Some of them funny and some of them painful.
But every single one you have learned from.

It makes me smile just being in your vicinity.

You take something and better it just because you do it.
