Hello my name is Annabelle and today we're going to be doing some affirmations for positive personal growth. So one thing I do ask is that you say these affirmations with meaning, With emotion, With purpose and with this deep inner knowing that they are true. Because our beliefs are just what we choose. It all depends on our perception. It can either be the best day or the worst depending on what we focus on. So with these affirmations we're going to change our focus. So let's get started. I strive for the best in life. I am worthy of the best in life. Life keeps getting better. I am worthy of a good life. I know my best days are ahead of me. I am enough as I am. I do enough. It is safe to receive. I can receive love. I am lovable as I am. I am free. I am free to do what I want. My happiness matters. I value myself. I value my happiness. It is safe to face my fears. It is safe to outgrow things. It's safe to outgrow people. I embrace change. I love change. I release betraying myself. I enjoy providing for myself. It is easy to provide for myself.
