Hello.

In this meditation,

We are going to feel the pure sense of connection.

Not a thought,

Not even a suggested emotion.

Something deeper,

Behind the mind,

In the stillness of the heart.

We are not here for second-hand feelings.

Not the fear we got after a horror movie or the excitement from a nice message.

I call those borrowed emotion.

What we are looking for is the direct frequency of well-being,

Without anything external.

Your heart knows how to create that,

Without any conditions.

So,

Whenever you are ready,

Begin.

Invite yourself into stillness.

There is nothing you need to do right now.

Just be.

Just present.

You can sit or lie down.

Place your right hand on your belly and your left one on your heart.

Feel your breath.

The air moving in and out.

The rising and falling of your belly and chest under your hands,

Like soft little waves touching the shore.

Now with my count,

Take 3 deep breaths.

You ready?

Inhale.

Hold.

Inhale.

Exhale.

Hold.

Inhale.

Beautiful.

Now allow your body to find its own rhythm.

Feel the warmth of your body.

Bring to mind a sweet simple memory.

Maybe a warm breakfast with fresh bread and the smell of coffee.

Feel that gentle joy.

That softness in your body.

Warmth.

A sense of being loved.

Yes,

With just a few words and a memory we created a feeling.

But now,

Let's go deeper.

Let's feel that sensation as a frequency.

Behind thought.

Behind story.

Notice the calm in your body.

Let it deepen.

Relax your legs.

Let go of any tension in your belly,

Pelvis,

Back.

Let your breath soften your whole body.

Chest,

Upper back.

Relax your shoulders.

Your hand.

Neck and head.

Your eyes.

Cheeks.

Jaw.

Let your mouth be slightly open.

Your jaw completely relaxed.

Your whole body is relaxed.

Let everything soften.

Now bring all your awareness into the palms.

Feel them.

The falling and rising of your belly or your chest.

Let your palms feel your heart.

Sense your whole body under your hand.

Your breath.

Your heartbeat.

This familiar sensation.

Like coming home.

This feeling has always been with you.

Quietly offering warmth and love.

The joy of breathing.

The pure frequency of inner calm.

Yes,

You just created this calm feeling from within yourself.

You gave your body attention and it responded.

Even if your mind was busy,

You still felt it.

And that is powerful.

As the Persian poet Hafiz says,

سالها دل طلب جام جمع میکرد وان چخد داشت ز بیگان تمنع میکرد It means,

For years the heart sought the wine cup of truth from others.

Yet,

What it longed for it already held within.

Peace flows inside you like a calm river.

You only need to return to it by paying attention to your body and feel it again.
