Hello,
Everyone.
This is a technique that I use throughout the day.
When I feel that I am out of my balance,
But I'm not able to keep and maintain the state of love and compassion for everybody,
And therefore not for myself either.
When I'm out of this state,
Then I use this as a quick technique that you can use throughout the day.
It is about three to four minutes,
And it's so,
So effective.
Now,
This technique is called the pressure wash.
Now find a comfortable position.
Whether you're in the car,
Whether you are sitting behind the desk,
Or sitting at home on a couch,
Doesn't matter.
Just for a moment,
Find a comfortable position,
Put the hands on your knees and listen to my recording and do exactly what I tell you to do.
Close your eyes now.
I want you to imagine that you're a body.
Is.
A transparent.
Plastic.
Enclosure.
With the shape of you.
And is it completely?
See through.
I want you to go inside of that.
And imagine.
That you have a pressure wash with you.
And you go up and you look.
It's your brain.
Your brain is dirty,
Spotty,
Muddy,
Because those are the thoughts that have contaminated your peace.
So I want you to imagine you have a pressure wash and now start cleaning it.
Thank you.
Look at the dirt.
Timing down your brain.
These are all the thoughts that we have that affected the balance,
Affected your peace.
Affected your love.
Hold the judgement forever.
Hold your judgement for yourself.
Thoughts of fear,
Of anxiety.
Offended.
The bittenness.
All of it.
Wash it.
Wash it deep.
Go to the creams of your brain.
And make sure you have everything you expect into good wine.
Can be.
There we go.
Now turn into this Eskimo,
As before.
And now I want you to go down to the.
.
.
For all the things you heard.
For all the things you thought you heard.
The judgment that you heard,
The accusation.
The wrong acquisition.
We're locked.
I need to leave you,
Patrick.
For all the insults you hear,
The negative words,
The negativity.
The negativity is everything.
See the dirt coming out of the air.
See the dirt dropping off inside this plastic.
I see the death coming back.
Now I want you to move to your eyes.
And wash them.
Wash out of the thing you saw.
Or the one that you thought you saw.
Boston.
I like it here,
I like it a lot.
What's the matter with you?
Push it all away and see the dirt and the mud coming out and dropping off until they're perfectly,
Perfectly spotless.
Than all those things you saw.
How to bow.
Wash the rock.
And now I want you to move.
And I want you to move to the mouth.
Wash her.
For the things you said.
To be insulted rather for the things others say.
That is it.
You wash the mouth,
Wash it through.
Let it be pristine.
Let it be white again.
Let it be candid.
Let it be perfect.
I need to go through all of this.
Vision and envision the things you said and wash them out.
Wash them out because once you wash them out,
They're no longer with you.
And then go down,
Go down to your heart.
And for all the things that are weighing in your heart,
Wash them away.
You let your heart beat this beat again.
Let your heart be able to express the compassion,
The love.
For having for your soul.
Let your heart be able to forgive and be forgiven.
Which are able to feel that.
And now look.
Look at all the work that is done.
And now everything is pure again,
It's pristine again.
Now you're ready.
In peace and love.
To go forward.
We deal today.
