Take a moment to find a comfortable position,

Seated or lying down.

If you can,

Connect with nature,

Whether by being outdoors near a window or simply imagining yourself in an open landscape.

Gently close your eyes.

Begin by taking a deep breath in and slowly exhale.

With each breath,

Feel yourself arriving fully in this moment,

Allowing the day to settle behind you.

Now imagine a warm golden light before you,

Soft,

Radiant,

Like the sun resting low in the sky.

It glows gently,

Casting warmth and stillness all around.

This light is here as a reminder.

Just as the sun lowers towards the horizon,

You,

Too,

Can release the weight of the day.

Whatever has unfolded,

Moments of joy,

Challenge,

Or simply the busyness of life,

Can now be softened.

With your next inhale,

Picture this golden light filling your chest,

Expanding gently within you.

And as you exhale,

Allow anything you no longer need to dissolve into the fading glow.

Breathe in worms,

Ease and spaciousness.

Breathing out tension,

Worries,

Or any unfinished thoughts.

Letting go with each breath,

Like the sun melting into the horizon.

Now rest in the quiet afterglow,

The space between day and night,

Between doing and simply being.

This is a time of renewal,

A gentle pause where nothing needs to be done.

Like the sky shifting into twilight,

You are allowed to soften,

To unwind,

To just exist.

Before you return to your day or evening,

Take a moment to reflect.

What is one thing from today that you are grateful for?

What is one thing you are ready to release?

Hold these reflections with kindness,

Knowing that,

Just like the setting sun,

Every moment passes and tomorrow brings a fresh light.

When you're ready,

Gently wiggle your fingers and toes,

Bringing awareness back to your surroundings.
