Allowing it also now to release other people's energy and stress that has been held in your body.
Realizing now that it's no longer yours and it's no longer your burden to carry.
Allowing that also just to drain out of your body.

I acknowledge the difference between my identity and other people's stress.

Allowing your body to become coherent and in alignment with your intention here with me today.

And I invite you now to allow a beautiful light once again flowing over your body and becoming concentrated in the areas of where your eyes are.

Allowing as well this beautiful light to release all memories from the past.
Events,
Circumstances that you observed that was perhaps upsetting or challenging.
And allowing the physical stress and the memories of these moments now to be released.
Throughout your eyes and your muscles and the subconscious mind and the memories connected to that as well.
Realizing and understanding that as of right now,
What you observed in the past is no longer real.
Allowing your eyes and the focus of your eyes now to be shifted to the greatness that you are creating in your life right now.
Also allowing that beautiful light to continue to flow through your eyes.
Releasing all ancestral memories.
Perhaps moments and times where they saw upsetting circumstances.
And any memories that's being lived and revived through you and your life experiences.
Allowing that now to be put in the past.
Let it be placed where it can no longer affect you.
And consciously realizing and understanding that these old memories are no longer real.
Also acknowledging the difference between your identity and your old sense of self that observed circumstances that were stressful.
Acknowledging the difference between your identity and also what ancestors observed throughout their lives and any aspects of that that has been channeled through you.
Allowing this beautiful light to just continue to flow through your eyes,
Your subconscious mind and throughout every single cell in your body.
Emotionally,
Physically,
Spiritually and psychologically.
Resetting your identity and your sense of self to be in alignment with the life that you have created for yourself right now.
Allowing yourself to see the beauty that there is in your life.
Allowing yourself to see the happiness and the people that you have in your life.
Allowing yourself to be able to project into the future,
To dream big.
And to know that you can achieve your greatness.
And also affirming to yourself that I see great things for myself.
I am destined for greatness.
I invite you now to connect to the area in your body where you feel challenged.
Where you feel this ailment.
And what you can do is even allowing a beautiful ball of light from your head.
Representing your full presence,
Focus and awareness.
To now gently move down into the body.

To where you feel challenged in the physical body.
Allowing that beautiful light to come to rest in this challenged area.
What voice or message is there?
And even what you can do is you can allow them all to speak at once.
Pushing and projecting them out of the body.
Into a beautiful ball of light that is outside of your body.
Outside of the area where you feel challenged.
Pushing and projecting all these negative emotions and thoughts that's coming out.
Of this challenged area into that external ball of light.
Pushing and pushing it out,
Projecting it out.
Pushing and projecting it out until it feels empty inside.
Pushing it out.
And then allowing a beautiful light to come over this external ball of light.
That's outside of your body.
Resolving and dissolving it like an aspirin tablet in water.
Resolving and dissolving.
Becoming weaker and weaker and weaker.
Smaller and smaller and smaller and smaller.
Lighter and lighter and lighter and lighter.
Resolving and dissolving.
Going,
Going,
Going.
Feeling a sense of relief and lightness in your body.
Allowing yourself now to also disconnect from all these old messages.
All these old negative thoughts.
And you can even affirm.
I acknowledge the difference between my identity and these old negative messages.
That's no longer real.
Who I am is separate to old emotions from a past that is no longer real.
And just taking a nice deep breath.
And allowing now a light to flow from your head throughout your whole body.
Connecting to your whole body as a unit.
Allowing your awareness to spread throughout your head down to your feet.
Feeling and being fully present with the body.
And as you become aware of the body.
I invite you to perhaps allow your body to have a voice.
Let it speak.
How does your body emotionally feel?
It's almost like your body perhaps had its own independent emotion.
Tapping now into the emotional body.
And perhaps setting aside negative thoughts.
And listen to your body.
How does your body feel right now?
Just giving your body the focus and the intention that it deserves and also need.
And perhaps what you can be feeling is a negative emotion.
And if you do,
Observe where is the home in your body for this emotion.
If it had a starting point,
Where would it be?
It could perhaps feel like tension or heaviness.
Rigidity.
A presence.
Or even just a knowingness.
And as you become aware of it.
Allowing a beautiful light from your head to move down.
A beautiful pool of light even.
Moving down to the area where you feel this emotion within your body.
Allowing it to move down,
Down,
Down to that area.
And as it moves there,
Allowing the light to start to expand.
Growing bigger and bigger and bigger.
Bigger and bigger and bigger.
So big that the light starts to expand,
Expanding,
Expanding.
So big that the light can't hold itself anymore and the light pops.
Releasing all the negative stress or energy out into the universe.
To fulfill a positive purpose elsewhere.
Leaving your body,
Every single cell in your body being released.
From this old burden that no longer serves you.
An old burden from the past which is no longer real.
Allowing your body as a unit,
Every single cell in your body now to have that awareness.
To have that discernment.
And also to have that awareness with grace and ease.
Allowing the body itself as a unit to realign itself in its most highest and beautiful positive state.
Feeling at peace and at ease without this old negativity that no longer serves.
This new identity that you are stepping into.
And just taking a nice deep breath.

Easing into this beautiful,
Calm,
Grounded,

Physical presence in your body.
