Embrace precious moments.

Find a comfortable seat.

Close your eyes.

Take a deep breath in.

And exhale slowly.

After living more than seven decades,

I can say with certainty,

Do not take life for granted.

Feel the weight of time,

Not as a burden,

But as a gift.

Every sunrise,

Every breath,

Every step has led you here,

To this moment.

Breathe in deeply.

Fill your lungs with gratitude.

And slowly exhale,

Letting go of any worries,

Any regrets.

Know that life is fleeting.

Each moment is precious.

There is no need to rush.

Just be present.

Never not embrace the preciousness of now.

Let it fill you,

Ground you,

Remind you of the beauty in simply being.

Breathe in the peace of this moment.

Feel it settle within you.

Exhale all that does not serve you.

Time is short,

But in this moment,

You have all the time you need.

Right here,

Right now,

Simply be.

Take one last deep breath in.

And gently release.

Open your eyes.

Carry this awareness with you.
