A guided mindfulness and self-compassion practice for the heart that has hoped, loved and found itself tired. This practice is not about finding answers in love or connection. It is about returning to yourself and offering your own heart the same gentleness you would offer someone you love. This practice is offered as a general wellbeing and mindfulness exercise. It is not a substitute for professional psychological support or medical advice. If you are experiencing significant distress, please speak with your GP or a qualified mental health professional. This practice is particularly suited to those navigating the emotional landscape of modern dating, the tiredness that comes from repeated vulnerability, or any experience of love, longing, or loss. It is equally suited to anyone who has been giving their heart generously and finds themselves depleted. No meditation experience is needed.
