Hi my name is Thea and welcome to this end of day clearing and reconnection meditation.
This is really quick but really powerful to just cleanse your energy from the day that has been and allowing you to return back into your own energy and center.
So just finding yourself in a beautiful comfortable space.
Just having a little wiggle making any last adjustments here.
Giving yourself permission to fully land here in this space.
Closing down your eyes and we're going to take a slow breath in.
In through the nose breathing deep into the body and then you exhale release and let the breath out through the mouth.
Again another beautiful breath in here.
Exhale soften just let the day wash away.
Just bringing your awareness into your body now.
Just noticing where the day is still lingering and holding.
Is it in your shoulders?
Your jaw?
Is it in your chest or your belly?
No need to analyze we're just noticing it for a moment.
And then as you exhale you just give your body permission to unwind.
Permission to soften.
And with your next breath in I want you to visualize a stream of white light coming down through the top of your head.
This light moves through your mind clearing the mental noise the looping thoughts.
Clearing away anything that does not need to be carried in to tomorrow.
Let this light flow through your throat,
Through your heart and in to your belly.
This light is just softly releasing all emotional residue from the day.
Clearing and disconnecting from the conversations,
The responsibilities.
Washing away all the expectations and just clearing away other people's energy.
Just feel it washing away with the breath.
Anything that isn't yours is free to leave now.
Just bringing your awareness into your heart space.
Feel your breath moving in and out of your heart.
With every inhale your energy is returning to you to your center.
And with every exhale your nervous system is slowing down and rebalancing.
Your body is remembering safety and your system is remembering balance here.
Just feel yourself coming home back into your body,
Back into your breath and back into your own presence.
You are enough exactly as you are in this moment.
Just taking one more slow breath in here.
Exhale release.
Allow your body to sink a little deeper into rest now.
If sleep comes just let it be.
If not just allow yourself to remain in this calm grounded space.
The day is complete and you are safe to rest now.
