My name is Dieke and welcome to this guided feminine embodiment practice specifically designed to connect you to your more flowy,
Alive,
Sensuous energy and nature as a woman.
And I highly recommend doing this first thing in the morning.
That's why I'm here.
I literally roll out of bed onto my mat and take a few minutes to make sure that I connect to my sensuous,
Flowy,
More like watery essence and energy as a woman,
Because that helps me to remember that this is where I dance,
Inspired from this space this is the place that I manifest from and so doing that first thing in the morning making that connection not just by thinking about it but actually using your body is super super powerful One bell marks the start,
Three bells mark the end,
And let's have a beautiful,
Yummy practice.
You okay so if you haven't rolled out of bed yet just roll out of bed because it's nice to be able to connect to the floor and i want you to start off with sort of like exploring some movement in your hips so that could be by big toes touching knees out wide and you're sort of exploring some forwards and backwards movement here some rotating in the hips but it could also be by sort of like coming up on one leg.
Or the other or both.
Again,
Depends really on what's possible for your hips and for your knees.
So that's why I want you to just explore sort of more intuitively.
How you can do that,
What works for your body.
Because it could also be that you're sitting on your bum and you're sort of doing this butterfly.
So finding a way to sort of connect to your hips could even be stretching out wide like this.
Or you just do it with me step by step.
But the invitation is always to listen to your body.
Knowing that your body is perfect exactly as it is.
And so I always invite you to listen to your body and to explore your own body.
So once we've explored a little bit initial first stretching of the hips,
We're gonna come up.
And stretch out the legs a little bit more.
So you can put the feet out wide.
Again we're just sort of like folding forwards creating that stretch in the groin area in your hips You can also move from left stretching out.
One leg at a time a little bit more intensely and the other You can also move a little bit side to side playing around.
So that's why I'm not guiding too linearly because we're actually trying to connect to this more flowy,
Intuitive energy within.
Make that connection okay eventually Coming up to standing.
Just moving one knee the other knee creating a little bit of a jiggle on the hips and just playing and testing out Standing on one leg,
On the other,
A little bounce.
A little shimmy,
A little shake.
Beautiful.
You can shake out your legs a little bit.
Then from here we're going to move a little bit in circles so play a little bit with Some hip circles.
And see if you can really relax and soften your knees.
So you're not like tight and contracted.
And the same with your upper body.
It's not tense.
Just relax.
Play around if you can circle with the hips.
And also moving the other way around.
And you might like to take a deep breath in Exhale,
Side out.
And then giving your whole body a little shake,
A little shake,
Just shaking up your arms,
Your legs.
Amazing.
And then from here,
We're gonna just place your hands on your lower belly.
Letting your belly relax and soften.
Again just exploring some movement in the hips for this.
Last minute or so here,
Just closing down your eyes.
And just sort of like connecting to the sensuous.
Flow that comes from your hips but from there maybe moves through your whole body.
You can also imagine your hips being this bowl and you're swinging this water around.
You're playing with that water inside of that bowl.
You're just playing a little bit.
So this feels really new or challenging,
That's totally okay.
But do you dare to connect to your more sensuous feminine nature?
This more flowy side of you.
Beautiful.
Then doing a few last little like jumps a little shape little play a little shimmy maybe shaking out your bum And then you can come into stillness.
You can place your hands somewhere resting on your body.
I like to place them on my heart and my lower belly.
And I just feel that aliveness within.
I feel the energy moving.
And just witnessing that aliveness inside of your body.
Remembering that this is your feminine power,
Your feminine essence.
Make sure to bring it with you.
During your day.
Let it be that spark.
That guides you.

You can place your hands in front of your chest and namaste.
