My name is Dika and welcome to the FEMM embodiment quest.
Today is number 16 and we're going to be working with the theme or the word attract.
Which means we're going to be activating our sexy alive creative energy and basically allow that energy to spread in and up throughout your whole body so that almost we are becoming this beautiful,
Attractive.
Activated ball of light as if we're turning the lights on so that whatever we want to manifest Whatever we want to attract in our life just comes our way.
We only have to receive and allow ourselves to come alive.
To open up our being,
To activate ourselves and our,
Yeah,
Juiciness,
Our sexiness,
Our aliveness.
And in that way,
We are activating this feminine power,
Which can basically seduce and lure in and attract.
And receive.
And very often that has a very negative connotation because it's really linked to sort of then women manipulating with that energy.
But that in a way also scared us away from being like that and scared us away,
Scared us away from really allowing ourselves to just feel good in our body,
To feel yummy and sensuous and soft and juicy.
And actually when we are allowing ourselves to activate that energy and not just keep it localized in the hips,
But allow our entire being to sort of come alive with that sensation.
We're actually becoming really powerful.
Um,
We are becoming these magnets,
Um,
And we can actually learn to activate that whenever we want.
And through that,
We're not having to go and do and put so much effort,
But instead we're allowing ourselves to be women,
To allow ourselves to attract,
To receive,
And to be more in that receptive space.
Um,
That beauty space,
Not just from physical beauty,
But letting your beauty shine from within.
So that's what today's practice is going to be about.
We're gonna do this practice mainly sitting like I am,
So making sure that you are comfortable.
Normally I sit on a little bolster,
But in this case I want you to have free access and mobility in the hips.
Because we're going to be connecting to that part of our body to begin with.
So having that connection and that freedom is very important.
Okay,
One bell marks the start,
Three bells marks the end.
You can close your eyes for a moment and tune in with that intention,
That word of today,
Attract.
And then from here,
I want you to start off by actually cupping and really connecting in that sense to the roots,
The base of your body.
And you can bring your awareness to that part of your body.
Feeling the warmth of your hands.
Taking a deep breath in.
Yeah.
Sigh it out,
Relaxing your jaw,
Your mouth.
And so through this cupping,
This holding,
We're really acknowledging this part of our body.
Very often we hide or stay away or are shamed away from this part of our body.
And in that way,
We're sort of also shamed away from our power.
Our creative essence,
Our ability to manifest and to attract.
And then from here,
I want you to sort of like create a few pulses.
So while you're still holding hers,
You can feel this part of your body.
I want you to sort of squeeze and relax.
Squeeze and relax.
So you're basically activating your pelvic floor muscles.
And focusing on both the activation.
And a relaxation.
So let's anchor that in with the breath.
And if you feel your body naturally moving,
Allow that to happen.
So in breath,
Squeeze.
Out breath,
Release.
In breath,
Squeeze.
Out breath,
Release.
In breath,
Squeeze.
Out breath,
Release.
And just a few quicker pulses.
And so it's a really powerful practice to train and connect to your pelvic floor muscles is actually an essential part.
Of the body to train for women also just for a number of different reasons.
But also the physical health.
And there's actually a practice,
An ancient practice,
Where you practice with a yoni egg.
We're not going into that today,
But I just wanted to briefly mention it.
And then gently letting go of that hold.
Maybe gently stroking up to your womb.
And then from here,
Starting to make some circles.
In the head.
You can imagine this pelvic area being like a bowl and you're swaying.
That beautiful,
Yummy,
Creative.
Sexual energy in that bulbitis movement.
And you can relax your upper body.
You can close your eyes because it doesn't have to look pretty.
It's more about.
You really start unwinding.
And playing,
Opening up,
Softening in the hips,
In your body.
And also rotating the other way around.
Awww.
You Beautiful.
And from here,
For a moment,
Uncrossing your legs,
Stretching them out,
Just giving them a little shimmy,
A little shake.
And maybe even leaning forwards a little bit,
Creating a stretch in the hips,
In the groin area.
Mmmmmmm.
Beautiful.
And then coming back into that cross-legged seated position here if you'd like you can use that bolster making yourself comfortable.
Placing your hands somewhere resting in your lap on your knees.
And then from here,
We're gonna inhale,
Activate the pelvic floor muscles,
So squeeze as if you're trying to hold a pee,
And you're imagining breathing up.
That energy,
That aliveness towards the very top of your head.
Now in the exhale,
You're relaxing and almost imagining that this energy travels all the way back down.
So you're creating this circle of energy inside.
So breathing in.
Squeeze the pelvic floor,
Breathe it all the way up and in towards your crown.
Exhale.
Letting it travel back down.
All the way back to the pelvic floor,
To the base of your body.
And you can use your hands if you like to.
So breathing in,
Stroking front of the body.
Exhale breathing out back of the body Breathing in.
Squeeze.
Breathing out.
Relax,
Soften.
Breathing in.
And exhale,
Breathing out.
So you're imagining that that energy,
You're breathing in,
So letting it come out of the pelvic floor.
Lower belly,
Solar plexus,
Heart,
Throat,
Third eye,
Crown.
Exhale,
Letting it all the way travel back down.
Three more times here,
Breathing in.
And breathing out.
Breathing in,
Squeeze.
Breathing out.
Breathing in.
And breathing out.
I'm not sure if we did three or two times,
So let's do it one more time.
Breathing in.
Fill up your whole body,
Allowing yourself to become this magnet.
Beautiful.
And then from here,
I want you to raise your arms up to the sky.
And imagining.
That you are this really beautiful,
Radiant woman.
That attract.
Anything that she desires.
Anything that her heart is longing for,
Her womb is longing for,
Her intuition is calling for.
And you can imagine that that is just.
Something that you're being showered with right now.
You're receiving.
You're opening up.
That whole central part of your body in which you were just activating.
Just opening up.
To receive.
Whatever it is that you'd like to manifest,
That you'd like to attract or call into your life.
One more breath here.
As if you're showering yourself with that manifestation.
Placing your hands on your crown,
Stroking all the way down,
Letting that.
Manifestation travel down,
Let it come into the here and now,
Touching your feet,
The ground.
Just feeling the ground in that sense.
Trusting.
That it will come,
That it's already here,
Attracted.
Just because you made yourself receptive.
You make yourself visible.
You And then placing your hands in front of your chest,
Taking a moment to thank yourself for showing up.
