I am Dika and welcome to the Femme Embodiment Quest.
This is date number 15 and the theme,
The word that we're working with today is sexy.
Now,
I'm curious what happens when you hear the word sexy or sexiness or sex in general or sexuality,
Because we tend to have a lot of stories,
A lot of judgments,
A lot of ideas about it.
Plus,
We haven't really been taught more than just the very biological basics.
And so that's when,
When we're talking about our sexiness or sex in general,
There tends to be shame,
There tends to be a lot of uncomfort or things that are unknown or things where we're not sure whether we are too much or not enough.
And so specifically today's intention,
What the invitation is to really explore what sexy means to you and how you can really discover and allow yourself to connect to this sexiness inside,
To this sense of confidence and juice and yumminess and inner fire and going and moving beyond the story or the idea that you are too much.
Also,
We're going to explore what true sexiness really is about and I'll share more about that during the actual practice.
For now,
We're going to actually start standing up.
And when I ring one bell,
Which is the start of this practice,
Three bells mark the end.
And let's enjoy discovering our sexiness.
For a moment,
You can close down your eyes,
Maybe place your hands in front of your chest,
Connecting to that intention,
To that word.
So we're coming to stand up.
And we're going to do a little experiment to start off with.
I want you to really tense up your legs,
So tense your legs.
Tense up your bum,
Tense up your anus.
Tense up your entire body.
Puff up your chest.
Activate this tension in your shoulders.
And now from here,
Try to be sexy.
Try to see if you can connect to your own inner sexiness,
Trying to move.
In a sexy way,
Trying to walk and be like,
Yeah,
I'm so sexy.
Doesn't really work,
Right?
Okay,
Relax,
Relax.
Let go of that tension,
Maybe shake it out for a moment.
And so if we want to really connect in an authentic really embodied yummy way to our sexiness and to our sexuality and our sexual energy we need to just be relaxed so feet about hip distance apart maybe a little wider And just,
First of all,
Just move a little bit in the knees.
Allowing this movement to happen in the hips because basically you want the hips,
The bum to be relaxed.
The chest to be relaxed also.
And then from here,
I'm gonna just warm up the hips a little bit.
So basically moving one side,
Shifting weight to the other side.
Just shifting weight,
Letting the sort of like lean balance into that hip.
Beautiful.
And we're going to make some circles.
So basically moving,
Shifting that weight one side to the other,
But creating a circular motion of the hips.
And so what's important here is that we're really moving the hips and not so much just the upper body,
The whole body,
But actually allowing the hips to be relaxed.
So the hips are moving.
And rotating the other way around.
Beautiful.
And we can also explore some figure eights.
So we're basically moving one hip forwards.
And then shifting weight towards the other side.
So see if you can draw number eight on the floor with your hips.
Beautiful.
Maybe a little faster.
It's all about just exploring and playing.
Now we're going to draw some circles like this.
So before we did it like this,
Now we're going to draw some circles like this.
So coming down.
But moving from left to right,
Also creating a circle.
And the other way around.
Bye.

So we're getting warmed up.
To really embody our sexiness,
Our juiciness.
One last little practice here is we're going to relax the bum and sort of try to create a little bit of a shake and a twerk,
But first just a gentle shake.
Feet again,
Just relax.
Knees sort of relaxed,
Bum relaxed.
And you're basically wanting to move your hips.
Your hip bones forwards and back.
And then you're speeding that up,
And if you relax your bum.
Your bum starts to shake and jiggle.
Ahhhh.
And your upper thighs are a little bit more tense and contracted,
So you create this really stable base.
And then shaking your bum.
And if it doesn't work,
You can always just play around also with your knees.
So shake,
Shake your bum,
Relax your bum.
Ahhhh.
Maybe take a deep breath.
Playing around here.
And then from here we're going to place the hands on the just above the knees and actually try to create a little twerk so you're basically Sort of like throwing your bum back.
You're relaxing your hips,
Your pelvic floor,
Your back.
To come into a little twerk,
Some play here.
Beautiful.
And we can also do that the other way around.
Moving the hips forward.
So sort of like a forwards twerk.
Beautiful.
You can play a little bit.
Moving left or right with your weight.
Amazing.
Give yourself a little shake,
A little shimmy.
And then from here.
The invitation is to come into a very sexy,
Yummy dance inspired by these movements that we just did.
And you can use some touch and caress.
But the invitation here is not to just pretend to be sexy or to dance what you think sexy is.
But to really tap within and actually connect to love,
To your heart first.
So if you would love yourself so much that you would just feel so good in your body.
Oh,
So good in your being.
That just automatically activates your juice.
And how you dance.
So we're gonna explore that here.
In a few minutes.
So coming into.
Your own.
Self-love dance.
That activates,
In that sense,
Your sense of sexy,
Of yummy.
Almost like you are seducing yourself.
So your eyes can be closed.
It doesn't have to look a certain way,
Focusing more on that feeling.
Loving yourself through the dance,
Through movement.
You can also make sounds that naturally just happens.
Just really see if you can find that yumminess.
Hmmmm.
Oh my.

So seducing,
Loving yourself up.
Through the dance.
Last 30 seconds or so here.
Finding your expression.
Of sexiness.
And allowing that movement.
To slow down.
You can either stand for a moment in stillness.
Sit or lie down.
And just allowing yourself to be a witness.
Of what's alive in your body right now.
Of what's here.
You.
And the three bells mark the end of this embodiment practice.
