Another reach forward. Sometimes the loving thing is to let the body settle. Let the mind empty out. Let the heart have a little quiet. Conscious love does not run itself into exhaustion. It learns rhythm. It learns when to speak. And when to wait. When to reach. And when to return inward. Today. Let rest be part of love. Not avoidance. Not withdrawal. Just restoration.
