Hello this is Colin McCarthy and in this moment let us slow down,
Step out of the noise and come home to stillness.
Find the most comfortable seat or position that you can,
Close your eyes softly and begin to ease into the sacred space.
Know that this time is just for you.
Take a long slow deep breath in and ever so gently let that go.
And another one,
Long slow deep breath in.
Breathing in and out now,
You're going to breathe in positive energy and out negativity.
Breathe in comfort and relaxation and out anxiety.
Breathe in warmth and wholeness and out the cold.
Feel the weight of your body as it sinks into the surface beneath you.
Allow yourself to feel supported and cradled by the earth.
Now slowly bring your attention to your feet,
Feel the ground beneath them,
Imagine strong roots growing from the soles of your feet,
Sinking deep down,
Twisting into the earth,
Connecting you to the core of the planet.
The roots are spreading wider and deeper from your toes,
From the soles of your feet,
From your ankles,
Deeper and deeper down into the ground.
With every breath you feel the roots get deeper and deeper,
Reaching down through the layers of soil and rock,
Connecting you to the ancient wise energy of the earth.
This energy is always here for you,
Steady,
Stable,
Unshakable.
Breathe in,
Feeling the grounding strength of the earth and out,
Letting go of any stress or tension.
Now let's bring in a layer of protection.
As you breathe in,
Imagine a warm golden light surrounding you.
This light begins at your feet,
Swirling gently around your body like a cocoon of safety.
With each inhale,
Feel the golden light expanding and wrapping you in a blanket of protection and peace.
The light surrounds you completely like a bubble of golden light.
Now call forth the Platinum Net.
The Platinum Net will stop all negative energy from entering you and only allow positive energy to come forth.
This net can surround you for the entire day and allow you to stay grounded and protected from outside negative forces.
Now take a long,
Slow,
Deep breath in,
And let that go.
And another long,
Slow,
Deep breath in,
And let that go.
Slowly coming back,
Keeping your eyes closed,
Wiggle your toes,
And now your fingertips.
Move your head from side to side gently and around,
And slowly open your eyes and welcome back.
