Welcome to this calming Breathwork session for sleep preparation using a combination of layered Theta waves with different carrier frequencies and the Ujjayi breath. This session is composed to help you unwind at the end of the day and ease into a deeper state of relaxation. There are many resources available online if you need more info on the Ujjayi breath however, if you prefer you can just use nasal breathing. There are no breath holds or retentions in this session.
