In this beginner-friendly course, we'll be diving into the fundamentals of binaural beats and looking at some common misconceptions. We'll explain exactly what they are and how they work. In conjunction with this, we will also be exploring some simple and gentle (yet effective) breathing techniques. We'll be looking at how we can combine these techniques with binaural beats to achieve deeper states of relaxation, assist with sleep, and help us gain more focus and clarity. Please note that this is not a Breathwork course for tapping into altered states of experiences; these are more gentle practices with a focus on giving you useful tools to use in everyday life. The course contains three custom-made, binaural Breathwork sessions, which you can come back to any time you need. One for focus, one for relaxation, and finally, one for sleep.
