Welcome to Meditations with Cloud Goddess.

Today we will be conducting a meditation for focus and productivity.

Find a comfortable position where you will not be disturbed.

Close your eyes and take a few deep breaths.

With each breath in feel your body relax and become more present.

With each breath out let go of any tension or worries.

Notice the rise and fall of your chest or stomach as you breathe in and out.

Don't try to change your breath in any way.

Just observe it.

As you continue to breathe deeply imagine that your breath is a beam of light.

With each breath in the light enters your body and fills you with energy and focus.

With each breath out the light radiates outwards from your body clearing away any distractions or obstacles.

Continue breathing with this light and now imagine that you are sitting in a quiet and peaceful place.

Maybe it's a beach,

A forest,

Or a mountaintop.

Wherever you are feel the peace and tranquility of the place surrounding you.

Bring to mind a task or a project that you need to focus on.

See yourself completing the task or project with ease and efficiency.

Feel the sense of accomplishment and satisfaction that you will experience when you are finished.

Now notice the natural rhythm of your breath and the feeling of air entering and leaving your body.

With each breath in feel your focus and concentration becoming stronger.

With each breath out let go of any doubts or worries.

Gently begin to bring your attention back to your body and your surroundings.

Wiggle your fingers and your toes.

Open your eyes slowly.

Take a few deep breaths and stretch out your arms and legs.

Notice how you feel now compared to when you first began this meditation.

Take some time to appreciate this feeling of calm and clarity.

Bring the sense of focus and productivity that you have cultivated in this meditation into your day.

You can use this meditation anytime you need to boost your focus and productivity.

Simply find a quiet place to sit or lie down.

Close your eyes and begin.
