Welcome to this meditation to clear,
Cleanse and balance your chakras.
Settle yourself in,
Either sit or lie down,
Whichever you find most comfortable.
Wriggle until you find your best position.
We will be focusing on the 12 chakras pertaining to the 5th dimensional energy.
I will list the archangel for each,
Along with the associated colours,
But what you see or feel is right for you.
Do not restrict yourself.
Ok,
Feel the surface beneath you and let yourself relax into it.
Just sigh and close your eyes if you haven't done so already.
Breathe in deeply,
Filling your lungs and expanding your belly.
Pause and breathe out slowly,
Exhaling any stale energy.
Breathe in fresh clean energy,
Filling your body,
Hold and sharply blow out this time.
One more deep breath in for the count of 4,
Hold and let it out for the count of 6.
Then let your breathing return to its natural rhythm.
Now,
Either out loud or in your mind,
Call in archangel Michael with me.
Archangel Michael,
I lovingly call upon you now to clear my aura.
Please cut all etheric chords which no longer serve my higher purpose and cleanse me of negative energy.
I humbly ask this with gratitude.

You can imagine him with an angelic vacuum cleaner,
Sucking away that negativity from all your bodies,
Physical,
Etheric,
Emotional and mental.
I now release any and all harmful contracts or agreements from all my planes,
Physical,
Astral and spiritual.
Any blockages in my spiritual path are now removed so I can fulfil my higher purpose.
Give archangel Michael permission to continue whilst we turn our attention now to our specific chakras.
About 6 inches or 15 centimetres below your feet is your earth star chakra.
It may appear as a platinum ball of light or a black and white yin and yang symbol.
Sandalfan is the archangel who oversees it.
Feel connected deep within the earth by a chord which travels down from this chakra,
Down through every layer of rock and sediment to the planet's core.
Bring this primal healing energy up,
Up,
Up to your earth star chakra.
Let the light expand and pulse.
Connect to your potential,
Linking to the wisdom of your divine blueprint.
This is your anchor to your spiritual development.
Repeat the phrase,
I am grounded and supported.
Breathe in that feeling.
Now bring that cleansing earth energy up to your base chakra located at the base of your spine,
Often seen as a red light or platinum.
Archangel Gabriel watches over here.
Allow yourself to trust that the universe will provide all you need.
Grow your red orb of energy,
Fill it with the power you need.
Repeat,
I am enough.
The energy from earth travels up to your sacral chakra now in your lower abdomen,
Which glows a soft pink.
Gabriel assists this chakra.
The divine feminine is strong here.
As it expands,
You connect with your creativity and tap into your sexuality,
Discovering tender lovingness beyond gratification.
Let it glow brightly with a pale pink.
Say,
I feel good about my body.
It performs amazing things every day.
Take your attention up to your navel chakra just below your belly button.
The color orange and Gabriel are most commonly associated.
Divine masculine balances the divine feminine of the previous chakra.
As the energy heals and strengthens,
Feel acceptance of others.
Reinforce your sensuality and sociability.
Repeat,
I love and trust myself.
Draw the energy up to your solar plexus chakra just above your belly button.
See it glow yellow or gold.
Arial is its caretaker.
As this energy center regains its rightful rotation,
Feel the peace which ensues.
Connect with your intuition.
Know you have your answers within.
Feel yourself.
I am powerful because I am gentle.
Travel up to your heart chakra now in the center of your chest.
You may see green,
Pink or pure white light,
Which Archangel Shamuul presides over.
Breathe in deeply here.
As you breathe out,
Envision fear and negativity leaving your body.
Every breath in revives your heart chakra,
Filling it with loving energy.
Feel its healing power.
Revel in pure unconditional love.
Expand it out across your shoulders and drink in as much love and healing as you require and open up to send this love out to all.
Connect with the cosmic heart.
Acceptance is now yours.
Say the words,
I deeply and completely accept and love myself and others.
That Earth energy is still strong and bright as you take it up to your throat chakra.
It may glow blue or turquoise.
Archangel Michael is in charge of this one.
Together,
You clear any and all blockages to speaking your truth.
This is your communication center.
The blue glow gets brighter as you strengthen your own voice.
You will be heard.
Repeat,
I think before I speak.
Take the energy up to your third eye chakra in the middle of your forehead,
Which may shine clear or indigo.
Archangel Raphael resides over the third eye.
It is here that you connect with your awareness of your higher consciousness.
Your intuition or higher self link is strongest at your third eye.
Tell yourself,
I exist in the present.
Move on up to your crown chakra on the top of your head.
A white or violet light may be seen with Archangel Raphael.
This is where you bring down light from your soul and accept the divine wisdom of source,
Where you discover your spirituality.
Bring down that light and energy.
Mix it with that Earth energy now.
Archangel Raphael and open up.
Affirm,
I am grounded to the Earth and connected to the heavens.
The Earth energy carries on up to your causal chakra,
Three inches or seven centimeters above and just behind your head,
Usually white.
Archangel Christian oversees this chakra.
It is where our consciousness decodes the stellar transmissions from the spiritual realms.
See and feel it glowing now,
Strengthening and healing and clearing.
Repeat.
I am safe,
Guided and protected.
We're almost there.
Travel up to your soul star chakra,
Six inches or 15 centimeters above the top of your head.
It glows magenta and is associated with Archangel Zadkiel.
He helps you connect with compassion,
Karmic healing and lessons are found here.
Your sole purpose.
Let that magenta orb glow and strengthen.
Tell yourself,
I walk confidently along my life path.
Finally,
You reach your stellar gateway chakra,
12 inches or 30 centimeters above your head.
See its gold orb glow brightly.
Metatron and Seraphim are ready to assist.
This is your portal to the sixth dimension,
Where you become one with everyone and everything.
Feel your connection with all and to source.
We are all one.
Use your stellar gateway now to bring in universal energy.
Feel the bright,
Pure crystal energy come in.

Now let that sparkling light rain down over and through you like a spiritual shower.
