A former diplomat, she has personally harnessed the power of mindfulness as a cornerstone of her Mental Fitness, navigating life's stages, changes, and pain management with remarkable resilience. In 2018, after discovering the transformative benefits of the 8-week MBSR course, she embarked on a journey to train others in mindfulness. She began with the CPCAB programme "Mindfulness and Compassion in Professional Practice," which enabled her to craft bespoke programmes tailored to others' needs. She further honed her expertise by training with MindfulnessUK for adults and MISP for children. Today, she teaches, trains, and supervises others, generously sharing her knowledge and passion for mindfulness. She is dedicated to empowering others as a registered teacher and building awareness within cultural and social communities. Her expertise includes: - Compassionate Mindful Resilience (CMR) - Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) - Trained Supervision for MBSR, CMR, and general Mindful supervision Delivering mindfulness practices to others brings her immense joy.
