
Loving Kindness

This meditation, led by Cait Wood, is designed to foster a moment of peace and loving-kindness. It begins by guiding you to find a comfortable seat, grounding your feet into the earth, and lengthening the spine to create space for natural breathing. You are encouraged to tune into your breath, observing its rise and fall, while bringing awareness to your belly’s rise with each inhale. The meditation then offers a series of affirmations for your well-being: safety, health, happiness, freedom, peace, and ease. The practice concludes with a bow to acknowledge the light and love within yourself and others, leaving you centered and ready to continue your day from a space of peace and love.
