Hello and welcome.
My name is Brittany Marie and I am so glad that you are here with me today.
This meditation is a gentle invitation to soften your body,
Quiet your mind,
And to allow your inner trust and courage to rise naturally from within you.
There is nothing in this moment that you need to do,
There is nothing that you need to understand,
And there is nothing you need to figure out.
Here.
.
.
Just listen.
Breathe and allow yourself to melt into comfort.
So together let's take a slow inhale and a soft,
Easy exhale.
And let's begin.
So first find a position that feels cozy and supported.
That could be laying down on the floor,
Laying in your bed,
Or sitting up against a wall,
Or maybe finding a nice comfortable seated position in a chair.
Whatever is going to allow the body to rest.
Allow the mind to ease and to feel safe and supported.
And once you find this comfortable position that feels right within your body,
Let's begin.
So now that we're in this position that feels nice and cozy and supported to you,
Let's allow the body to sink in a little deeper.
Allow the body to rest.
And allow the body to soften.
Feel the body become heavy and supported by the earth Together,
Let's take a slow inhale.
And let the exhale relax your face.
Feel your jaw soften.
Your tongue loosened.
Allow the shoulders to fall away from the ears and begin to melt.
There's nothing you need to hold on to.
Let your breath slow down naturally,
Like the waves pulling gently back into the ocean.
And remember.
There's nowhere you need to go.
There is nothing you need to hold on to.
Take a deep breath in.
And on your exhale allow your body to soften.
And into this moment.
Imagine a warm golden glow.
Can be warm like the sun as it kisses the skin.
And imagine this warm glow floating.
Above the top of your head.
This warm glow does not rush.
It doesn't brighten suddenly.
This glow is soft.
Study.
Comforting.
Warm.
This glow allows you to melt.
And as this glow drifts down.
Over your head.
Past your forehead.
To your eyes,
Your cheeks,
Your jaw.
Your face begins to soften.
And take a deep breath in.
Exhale open mouth,
Release and let it go.
And now allow that glow to drift down the neck.
Covering your shoulders,
Your arms,
Your hands.
Allow that warm gentle glow to melt across your chest.
Your ribs and your belly.
As it caresses you gently,
Feeling like a nice warm hug.
Embrace.
Now I allow it to move.
Past your navel to your hips.
To your legs.
To your knees,
Your shins,
Your ankles and your feet.
And toes.
Now imagine that warm glow cover your entire body,
From head to toe,
Wrapped and bathed in a warm gentle light.
Here you are surrounded.
Here you are protected.
Here you are safe.
And here you are held.
And as your body begins to soften.
And the breath becomes gentle and natural.
Begin to bring the awareness beneath you.
Feel the surface beneath you feel the support Feel the grounding.
Of your body.
You were held here.
Completely support it.
Completely rooted.
Now imagine soft roots growing from your back to your legs and feet.
There's nothing to hold on to.
There's nothing pulling you.
There's no gripping.
Just a gentle connecting of the earth.
The Earth is supporting you.
Rooted.
Firm.
Steadfast.
The earth is steady and peaceful,
Gentle.
This is your foundation It is calm.
It is quiet.
It is a movie.
Give yourself permission.
And allow yourself to melt.
Allow your body to rest.
And allow yourself to be.
Let yourself be carried by the earth.
Supported by the Earth.
Now bring an awareness to the center of your chest.
That heart space.
The heart chakra.
Imagine a tiny warm ember growing there.
It is glowing gently.
Study.
Alive.
This warm glowing ember is your courage.
It's not loud.
It's not forceful,
Just quietly present.
With each inhale,
See the warm ember glow a little brighter.
And with each exhale,
Feel the wave of the ease flow outward from your heart.
The embers grow into a soft,
Warm light.
Filling your chest,
Your ribs,
Your belly.
This is the strength in its calmest form.
This is courage without effort.
This is the part of you that remembers you have yourself fully and completely.
Now repeat softly in your mind.
My strength is calm.
My courage is gentle.
Again,
My strength is calm.
My courage is gentle.
And now allow this warmth to continue to spread through your body.
Imagine a gentle wave of silver-blue light beginning at your heart and flowing outward.
This light is trust Trust in your path.
Trust in your timing.
Trust in your ability to meet whatever comes.
Trust in your inner wisdom.
And trust that it has always been there.
Guiding you.
Protecting you.
With every slow breath.
The soft wave moves through you.
Calming your thoughts.
Loosening all tensions.
Allowing your spirit to settle.
Let each wave whisper.
I trust myself.
I trust the unfolding.
I trust what I cannot see.
I know that life is working out for me.
And allow your breath to naturally slow down.
Your body becomes softer.
With each breath.
And with each exhale.
Allow your mind to grow a little quieter.
And again come back to the breath.
Welcome back to the body.
With every exhale,
We release.
We soften.
We let go.
And we trust.
We trust ourselves fully.
And that trust fills the spaces within you.
And now the gold warmth of your courage and that silver blue wave of trust.
Imagine them blending together gently.
Smoothly.
The warmth and the calm.
Fire and water,
Strength and softness.
Here they meet in harmony.
And as the lights blend together,
Fill your body.
From the head.
Down through your spine.
All the way to the very tips of your toes.
In here.
Feel how whole you are.
How supported you are.
How safe you are.
And allow yourself to let go.
And here you can repeat to yourself.
I am held.
I am guided.
I am becoming.
Again,
I am Hell.
I am guided.
I am becoming.
And allow the body to grow heavy.
Saw.
Peaceful.
Your back body rooted and strong.
As the front body is warm and soft.
Liada's Air.
And begin to bring the awareness back into your breath.
And just noticing your breath once more Slow,
Steady and soft.
And if you're drifting into sleep,
Allow yourself to let go.
Your body knows what to do.
Your body will take care of the rest.
And if you are staying awake.
Place one hand gently over your heart.
And take your other hand on top.
Together,
Let's take in one last soft inhale.
And one slow release as you exhale.
And whisper to yourself.
I move forward with ease.
I trust myself completely.
And let's take in another deep breath in.
An open mouth release,
Let it go.
And when you are ready.
You may flutter your eyes open.
Or drift into a deep and nourishing sleep.
Namaste.
