This guided meditation will ground and center you with gentle breathwork, a chakra body scan, and visualizations to connect you with both earth and sky. You’ll be guided to release tension, restore balance, and fill your body with the colors and qualities of each chakra. Perfect for calming the mind, soothing the body, and recharging your energy.

Transcript

Find a quiet place to sit or lie down where you can truly relax and gently close your eyes.

Begin by imagining roots extending down from the soles of your feet,

Reaching deep into the earth.

Feel yourself grounding,

Supported and safe.

Now picture a golden cord extending from your heart space,

Travelling upward through the sky,

Connecting you with the heavens and the vast universe above.

You are being held between earth and sky,

Rooted and supported,

Yet expansive and connected.

Take a slow deep breath in through your nose for a count of 5,

Hold for 2 and then gently release out through your mouth for a count of 6 or 7.

Repeat this for a few cycles,

Allowing yourself to soften more and more with each breath.

Now let's move through a gentle body scan,

As we do,

Invite in the colour that represents each chakra,

Feeling that area of your body with light and the qualities it carries.

At the crown of your head visualise violet light,

Bringing wisdom,

Clarity and spiritual connection.

Through your forehead and face indigo light,

The colour of intuition and inner knowing.

Down into your throat and neck now,

A soft blue,

Opening communication,

Honesty and truth.

Now moving across your shoulders and arms,

Down to your chest,

A green light flows,

Bringing with it love,

Balance and compassion.

Moving from your chest through to your torso now,

Is a golden yellow light,

Filling you with confidence,

Joy and strength.

Moving down into your belly,

An orange light,

Focusing on creativity,

Flow and pleasure.

Moving down through your thighs and legs now,

Imagine a red light,

Grounding you with stability,

Security and strength.

And finally,

Let this red light flow right down into your feet,

Merging again with those roots,

Anchoring you deep down into the earth.

Rest here for a moment,

Breathing into your whole body as it glows with colour,

Balance and ease.

When you're ready,

Bring your awareness back into the room.

Wiggle your fingers and your toes,

Take a deep nourishing breath in and when it feels right for you,

Gently opening your eyes.
