Escape to a serene beach at sunrise, and let go of nervousness, stress, fear and anxiety. This guided meditation will help you quiet your mind, and soothe your soul, as your guided to a peaceful shoreline, where you imagine the soothing sounds of waves and the warmth of the rising sun. Allow the gentle ocean breeze carry away all your tension, as you allow yourself to settle into the present moment. This meditation is designed to help you cultivate a sense of peace. So get comfortable, take a deep breath in, and let the tranquility of the moment wash over you.

Welcome to this guided meditation.

Take a moment to settle yourself in to get into a comfortable seated position or comfortable place lying down.

Close your eyes and take a moment to become aware of where you are.

Aware of your body being supported by the earth.

Aware of all the places where your body touches the ground.

Aware of the natural rhythm of the breath.

And take a few nice,

Long,

Slow deep breaths in and a few nice,

Long,

Slow exhalations out.

Breathing in deeply.

Exhaling slowly.

Breathing in deeply.

Exhaling slowly.

Take one more nice,

Long,

Slow,

Deep breath in.

Breathe in as deeply as you can and hold your breath at the top for just a moment.

And as you exhale out,

Just relax the shoulders.

Relax the body.

Relax the mind.

And allow your breath to return to its natural rhythm.

Aware the rise and fall as you breathe nice and slow.

Your entire body is soft and calm.

And imagine as you are on the ground that you quietly get up and grab a blanket as you walk out the door that leads you outside.

When you open the door,

You see a pathway made of large,

Square,

White paper set in white sand.

It's early in the morning and a light,

Hazy mist surrounds you.

But you're guided by a force that you trust that makes you feel safe and nurtured and still.

So you continue walking down the path that is surrounded by tropical plants and palm trees that are swaying in the breeze.

Up ahead,

You can see a trellis lined with beautiful and blooming magenta-colored bougainvillea.

And attached to that gate resembles a white picket fence.

And you open up the gate and ahead of you,

You can see tiny glimpses of the ocean through a haze.

And you walk slowly further through the mist towards the water,

Leaving the path behind you.

The sun is rising slowly and you begin to feel the warmth of this orange light bathing your face and body.

You are feeling content,

At ease,

Relaxed.

The beach is deserted and you have it all to yourself and you feel as if you have all the time in the world.

So you lay your blanket down,

Touch the soft sand and sit and listen to the relaxing sounds of the ocean.

The light breeze caresses your face as you witness the ebb and flow of life,

Of nature,

As the ocean waves gently break on the shore.

You are completely at peace,

Completely safe,

And completely relaxed.

The mist that surrounds you is beginning to evaporate as the sun rises higher and higher in the sky.

Its light has gathered strength and the air is becoming clearer as you watch the sun's rays dissolve all the mist.

Now you can see clearly in all directions.

It's as though a veil has been lifted.

The beach is drenched in sunlight and the air itself seems to shimmer and vibrate with a pure luminous energy.

This is a place of total peace and it's all yours.

So pause here for as long as you like,

Feeling relaxed,

Refreshed,

Renewed,

All is well.
