Explore MeditationWhile internally hearing a chant of yoga, yoga, yoga while hiking in the mountains of Western North Carolina, Donna started her practice of yoga with a VHS tape and an old thick foam yoga mat that a friend had given her. The practice soothed her soul and changed her life. In 2012 Donna became a certified yoga teacher in South Florida and went on to continue her training in Restorative Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Children’s Yoga, Vedic Thai Yoga, and more. She has led Yoga Retreats, and Yoga Teacher Training, and has taught at multiple Yoga Festivals including meditation at the Yoga Journal LIVE conference in 2016. With over 4000 hours taught, Donna has found her style of teaching to be a gentle, restorative, vinyasa-type flow – A meditation in motion, guiding you to the present moment and into the power within.
