Explore MeditationA decade ago Daniel began transforming his life when he was diagnosed with Major Depression, Anxiety and Substance Use Disorder. In recovery, he has learned, grown and acquired many tools that have helped him and others; including teachings from 12-Step Recovery,Wayne Dyer, Allen Watts and Buddhist/Taoist Philosophy For 6 years he has worked as a Crisis, Psychiatric and Substance Use Counselor. During this time he learned to include Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Mindfulness, Meditation and Spirituality in his approach. Halfway through his studies in the clinical counseling program at Johns Hopkins University, Daniel has turned to Hypnotherapy and Meditation as his chosen modality for healing Currently Daniel works as a Coach and Hypnotherapist for both individuals and groups, while teaching meditation and mindfulness at various organizations including the Omega Institute. He enjoys art , music and poetry while spending as mush time as he can outdoors in New England.
